Applebee’s

Ehhh, Applebees has been letting me down lately.
Every time I go I order the 4 cheese mac n cheese, and the portions get smaller, and the presentation is worse, to me it feels like they just throw the food on the plate. This particular location is slow so if you are on your lunch break it may not be a good idea…

Would give more stars but you have to be really careful when ordering! I don’t blame this store but the company has misleading menus, especially the $ 2.99 shot menu. Be cautious and ask questions! Good service overall and pretty good food with the night crew! Great management on night crew also

Came to applebees to eat got my water and waiter hasn’t come back been like 10 had to get some one else to sever us damn

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!
Went with my family for dinner. As I have been to Applebees in the past and liked it a lot, although years ago in Sweden, I thought I knew what we were in for.
But it was a massive disappointment. We weren’t asked for drinks until 15 mins and the food until 45 mins. Had to wait a little bit more than an hour before we got to start eating and our waitress got other people’s orders and they came in AFTER us.
The food was not that good either. My hamburger was missing basically everything and was served well done with JUST cheese.
Horrible service, long waiting and subpar food. Only reason it doesn’t get one star is because I could actually eat the food without throwing up. AVOID this restaurant at all costs.

So far really does not deserve a star! Visited once service was slow and food was cold. Tried ordering by phone a few times and no luck there either!

Typically great food
Tonight one of the waitresses looked like hooker with fishnet tights and belly exposed, a waiter wore his sunglasses entire time.
I asked specifically if they still had something I didn’t see on menu, was told yes. 30 minutes later appetizer came out. 45 min after ordering I was left hungry and told they didn’t have what I ordered.
I left hungry.
I don’t blame our waitress, I blame the cooks on slow meal prep time and not communicating with waitress on anything.
And they were not busy at all

Well where do i start. I came in about 10:30pm Thursday. I was doing the two for twenty deal. Me and my friend got our orders in a descent time. My food was served to me on a dirty plate. You cud see smudge crap all around the rim of the plate. Who knows what the hell was under my food. I lost my appetite and asked the waiter to take it back. So sat there and watched my friend eat. I told the manager what happened. I told the manager of the incident and she said i didn’t charge you for your plate. I was like duh, i didn’t eat it! I sent my plate back to the dirty cooks who made it! My friend paid full price for his food and we left. I won’t be spending my money here anymore.

I only eat here because my friends always choose it in their turn to pick. I have mixed feelings about this place. On my birthday, my friends told the waiter that we were there to celebrate it. I was excited because no would be getting cake but instead they never brought out any cake. On another occasion, we waited for over an hour and no one took our order our offered us at least a glass of water. Then on another occasion, they spilled hit food on me and only offered an apology but charged me for two meals as they had to make another plate because they spilled it. Some occasions have been okay but I never know what to expect.

We were seated pretty quickly. When the waiter came over we began our order then he said hold on, those men just walked in and I need to greet them. I’ll be back. Um… OK. We ordered the 2 for 20. The salads were HUGE and really good. We got the steaks with veggies. The steaks were good. I got the baked potato and it was AWFUL! It was obviously cooked in the microwave. That is not BAKED and it tastes like crap. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have ordered it. Service pretty good– food mediocre. There are way better choices around for the money

I come in regularly for the drinks only occasionally we try the beer snacks and man o man the wings are so good!!! as well as the spinach dip!!! I can eat that stuff endlessly lol as far as suggesting good drinks the strawberry frozen margarita, gold frozen margarita, and the Malibu tropical’rita is my favs :)

Food was excellent! The waitress was the coolest dude. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Today I was very disappointed at this location. We went in around 1:15 am. It was late but I thought they close at 2 am. They close all sections so we had to sit in the bar area which was extremely annoying with the loud blasting music. Server didn’t approach us until 5 min later. We had to ask for a menu and she said we have 5 min to order because the kitchen closing. I was confuse because it was only 1:20 and they open till 2. She came and we ordered, she didn’t take our drink order. I had to approach her to let her know we needed drinks. Then she gave us our ticket right after she had rung it in. It is rude when you are suppose to open till 2. We felt like being rushed out of there even though we still had 30 min. Food came out and we ask for Togo box right away. My order was wrong but I took it anyway. Paid for the food and didn’t even receive one thank you. I am also a server and a shift lead so I understand but today was just unforgivable. If I can give zero stars I would. Maybe they need to retrain their employees.

Very clean and servers are usually fast, friendly and knowledgable!!! My coworkers and I usually venture to this Applebee’s after work for happy hour drinks and food and we have always enjoyed ourselves!!! The music is often very loud!!! Almost too loud, but this would be my only negative thing to say about this location!!!

Let me see… I don’t know where to possibly start! I walked in and waited for the server for about 5 minutes until I was seated. The
server took another five minutes to get my order. Also mind you it was not busy at all around 6pm! Anyway, as I wait for my food I overhear a male waiter telling the hostess about getting a hotel room together and just other nonsense that I really did NOT care for. Finally as I wait my server brings the food and the it was actually decent. The manager was super friendly. Poor guy had a complaint tonight about one of his servers. Poor guy. Overall, I am not going back to that location.

Really enjoy this place more and more. Food is great! Used to just come for happy hour and now we come for the food! Great Sunday Lunch.

I’ve been going to this place ever since it opened. Most of the time i have gotten fairly decent service and have had hardly any problems. Rarely i will get slow service or an incorrect order. The items on the menu are hit and miss.
The burgers are very tasty. I recommend the Steakhouse burger.
The ribs are not so great, compared to other establishments, Applebees ribs have hardly any meat to them.
The Ultimate Trio is a great way to split some food with several friends.
The bar area is usually packed with people during sports events. During these times, add an additional 10 minutes to your normal wait time. There is a digital jukebox in the bar with a huge library of songs with each song costing about 1 dollar. There is about 7 – 8 flat screen TVs with sports or news on them.
For some reason at this location, they decided to delegate the To-​Go orders to the bar area. So now you have to walk into the bar area to make your to go order, which could take some time depending on how busy the bar is.
Occasionally this location will serve breakfast on weekend mornings, with all you can eat pancakes! The funds earned from this usually go towards a good cause.

This is a fairly new restaurant and I have been here several times hoping they would get their act together. I’ve had slow service more times than I can count and tried to attribute it to being new and needing to find good staff. I’m about ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ digging the place. I do love the oriental chicken salad with fried chicken and two dressings on the side. It’s my favorite thing to eat here. My husband and I get the $ 20 special which comes with a select appetizer and two entrees from which we get to pick on a limited menu.
Don’t go during lunch time if you are in a hurry as you have a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ shot of getting served in a decent time. We wing it every time we go and never know how it will all end up. If I didn’t love the salad so much, I may not even eat here.
