Not much to say about this place. You come here to get fingerprinted and photographed for immigration. I came 20 minutes before my appointment time, checked in with the receptionist, who told me to fill out a short form, which I did within 2 minutes. She looked over the paperwork, gave me a number and I was called within 5 minutes. The lady who fingerprinted me was business-like but not unfriendly, similar to the receptionist, and got everything done in 10 minutes, which meant I was done before my appointment time even came around. So, overall a pleasant and fast experience.

This is the office for getting fingerprints. It’s an odd office, in a strange location, with a wierd name. It’s not that easy to recognize unless you know what to look for or businesses that are near it. I saw Taco Bueno and knew it was behind them. When my husband went for his prints, he didn’t have any problems and it wasn’t busy. Several months later he took his mom there, again no problems. She got called to go back and we weren’t happy about that. The letter claimed that her prints weren’t accepted. How does it take a couple weeks for someone to notice this? It can be busy at any random time. The line can be short(5 – 8 people) or very long(nearly wrapped around the room). The whole experience is like being at the DMV, except some people at DMV are pretty nice. There were 2 black ladies taking turns working the desk, both were nice. Once of the print people was an older Asian lady, not so nice. She does alot more ‘talking at you’ than ‘with you’. I asked her a question and she kind of blew me off. As a way of telling you ‘I did my job, now go’. First of all, this is your job! You’re paid to be a people person and answer questions. They don’t pay you to be a jerk and just shove people out the door! If you can’t handle it, work somewhere else. Second, each worker reads your letter so they know what you need. They see how many times you’ve been there for prints. Read Learn & Be of Assistance! I’ve dealt with people who get paid alot less and have soooo much more work to do, and they’re very nice. I’m not saying they should be perfect. God knows anything governmental isn’t perfect. But do your job and assist. There’s always someone else who love to get that job. I recommend going early if possible. We got there almost 1(that was our appt time) and didn’t get our number called til 2. The room was packed! They first give you a form to fill out the top section, then you get back in line to turn in the form. Both times the line wasn’t too bad(~10−15 of us). While we waiting for our number, the line got VERYLONG. Although getting the prints only takes about 5 min or less, it’s the waiting that takes a long time. We did get to watch tv(thankfully the 2nd show — during our time there– was better than the first) but the whole time you’re still watching the numbers on the counter and feels like your turn will never come. Overall, it wasn’t an awful experience but could’ve been better. I’m giving them 2 stars because the 2 desk ladies were nice. I could also hear the smaller one talking to her ‘clients’. She was polite, talked to them, and answered their questions. Too bad we didn’t get her. I’m not giving 3 stars because it would seem like the rest were nice too. We better not get called back, or else I’ll have to change the stars again.
