I have used Aarow for a few years and I can say with confidence they are the best. Jeff is my pest control expert. He is a total professional. Always on time, respectful and courteous. The main office employees are always helpful and cheerful. I would recommend Aarow without hesitation.

Ok, extermination is generally the last thing I want to talk about… but living in an older, historic home I was constantly battling one creepy thing after another. I kept thinking I could handle it myself… until the ants came. Good grief, they practically took over my house! It was a long, hard battle before I finally caved and called in a pro. A friend recommended Arrowhead in general (she uses a different location since she lives in a different area) so I called the closest one and wow… it’s really one of those things you can’t believe you didn’t do sooner. No ants… no eight legged yuckies… nothing. I have them come quarterly now and they’ve always been very courteous… and in and out quickly. No smell or anything… plus they assured us it was totally safe for our cat. I guess I can only vouch for the Dallas location — but they have my highest recommendation.

I have been using Arrow for about 14 years. I have stuck with them, despite having had some bad experiences. What is important is that when I did have a bad experience, Arrow made an effort to work with me and correct their mistakes. I have an annual Dow Chemical Sentracon termite contract with them, and overall, I am very pleased with the service. When Arrow tells me something, I always verify it with Dow Chemical, and Arrow has been honest and accurate every time. Recently, I had an early spring termite swarm enter the my home, and Arrow responded quickly and effectively. The office general manager took the time to speak with me and explain what was going on and assure me they would handle the swarm to my complete satisfaction, and they did. I appreciate the manager’s personal involvement with customers, and it is one of the reasons I remain loyal to Arrow. The technician who came out to treat the swarm was courteous, patiently answered all my questions, and explained in detail what he was doing. I highly recommend Arrow Exterminators, Inc.
