I would have given the no stars but am forced to pick 1. This place is ran by racists and prejudice hateful people and should all be fired! They refused to make a pepperoni pretzel even though it was in Stock because apparently it wouldn’t be fair to everyone else because they are about to run out. This makes no sense, wouldn’t you sell your product until it runs out?!

Noticed their bites looked burnt. So got their original. It was so hard. I couldn’t bite through it. Terrible. Nice guy who worked their though.

On way home we got our two grandkids some pretzel dog bites. The three ladies working were super friendly and gave us free cinnamon bites for the little ones.

I am like a little fat kid when it comes to Auntie Anne’s and Wetzel Pretzel. I was rushing for a connection and needed something to eat… more than a pretzel. Unfortunately, all of the food near the C gates is crap, or the lines were long. I settled on a pretzel dog and a salted pretzel to hold me over until I got to the east coast. For $ 12, I would hope to have a fresh pretzel. That is that I «hoped» to have fresh. Both the dog and the pretzel were aged a few hours and slightly hard and crusty. It was not the signature soft fresh pretzel that you get used to. I am sure this location has lower standards because it is an airport. It may be worth standing in line for a salad across the food court.

Yaaay for free samples! We tried the cinnamon pretzel at that time and it was pretty good, but we decided to go for the honey whole wheat pretzel. I think it was a little burnt? but other than that, I’d come back again. The service isn’t horrible

So our flight is delayed due to weather and we are sitting right next to this Pretzel shop that smells so, so good. Sure, it’s not health food and this laboratory designed masterpiece of fat, sugar and salt does have it’s place. Sadly the two girls working there looked very tired and they were running out of pretzels fast but we were very happy with the pepperoni ones we were able to get. Plus at $ 3 each they are not price gouging travelers like so many other chains in airports. Thumbs to to the girls there and a nice snack to ease the hunger while waiting for mother nature to calm down.

High-pressure sales tactics. At a pretzel shop, you say? Yep. They have someone offering free samples, and if you take one and then don’t go to the counter to buy a pretzel immediately, you get the hard sell from another person who is watching the sample-giver. That person eventually gives you a coupon for a free pretzel, and then, when you go to redeem it, the person at the counter up-sells you with dipping sauces, drinks, and the works. I was probably more susceptible to up-selling and sales trickery when I bought my pretzel, cheese sauce, and strawberry lemonade yesterday than usual, since I was in the middle of a three-hour layover, but I still felt like I’d been ripped off when I walked away from the counter. Not cool.

The woman working here is always so friendly/smiley and is pushing free samples on you. A definitely ‘must eat’ when bored in Terminal D.

There aren’t too many grab and go snack spots in Terminal D but Auntie Anne’s is top notch! Craving salty and sweet? Grab a pretzel. This spot always has ‘em hot & fresh as well!
