I was given a bag from this company as a gift and loved it so much that once it gave out, I wanted to buy another. Although the quality of my bag is stellar, the customer service is AS POOR AS IT GETS. I emailed them on four different occasions. Only after I complained about not getting a return message did I hear back and was then told that my inquiry was forwarded to a sales rep. Ten days later… still no message back. It’s pretty ridiculous and quite frankly a little offensive given the price of these bags. Apparently, they don’t really care if they get your business or not… they sure aren’t working to get mine (and won’t!).
