Not personable. Not interested in me or my time(veteran without high end insurance). I prefer a Doctor who takes a second or two to let me know I’m important as a person. 1. First Appointment: Slow to see me and rushed the exam.(Not a high dollar patient.) 2. Surgery: Dr was late(30 min plus), and I fell like I was a rush job. (In comparison, the Anesthesiologist was great, personable and professional.) 3. Post OP Appointment: No one at reception desk when I arrived. Doctor arrived at the office 40 minutes past my appointment time.(He did not have surgery that am. I asked.) Waited for my appointment time in his office while people who arrived 20 minutes and 30 minutes after me were seen. I talked to the receptionist who had no clue as to why I was still waiting.(This is where a the office manager should have been notified), and at 60 minutes of waiting I had enough. I cancelled my appointment and left.(hour and a half bumper to bumper commute on the toll way both ways = 4 hours of my time lost). 4. Conclusion: Their office manager called and made an sincere apology after I drove that hour and a half to my Dermatologist and complained about this guy. I still would not recommend this doctor. I believe he values production over people. I get it. My insurance will pay him a quarter of what he bills.
