Bent Oaks Apartments

A great place to live! I’ve been here for just over a year. The office staff is very friendly and are genuinely concerned about their tennants. I’ve only had two incidents where I’ve had to put in a maintenance request and both times they’ve come out the same day to get the problem fixed. One of the times was in the middle of the night when our heater went out during the cold November weather. We were expecting to have to wait until the next day to hear back but 10 – 15 mins after putting in the request the maintenance guy called asking if it was okay for him to come over then and get it fixed. We were relieved!
They have great rates (the lowest in the area for sure) and have the best ratings on apartment rating sites for a reason. The neighborhood is quiet and the complex is very well maintained.

I’ve lived at Bent Oaks now for over an year and could not be happier for a place to live: friendly staff, excellent maintenance. It is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space to walk and bike. I have great neighbors and we look out for each other. You would not know that you were in one of the busiest areas of North Dallas. Easy commute to either Preston Road or the Dallas Tollway.

I’ve been here a little over a year and a half, and I’ve been so happy here! Was sharing a 2 bedroom with my daughter, then moved into a 1 bedroom and love having the place to myself! ;)
This complex is quiet, well maintained, and the staff are everything you could ask for. I’ll live here until I’m ready to buy a house.

Great place to live so far! I’ve been here 1 full year now and I love it! The staff are always extremely prompt to execute my maintenance requests. Tasks are usually completed within a day or two. If you are looking for a quiet, cozy place to live in Dallas tucked in to a very green, tree filled neighborhood located right next to major transportation arteries than this place is for you. The pool isn’t fancy and neither is the workout room but it perfect for me… I love my little corner of the universe.
