Wow, excellent customer service! I received a tactical jacket as a gift for Christmas. The zipper always seemed a bit tough to work. I brought it to the Beretta store in April and mentioned the problem. They agreed it was too difficult to work and tried some lubricant to make it zip easier. They were not satisfied that it was correct so they took mine and ordered me a new one to be shipped to my home. I could not believe it when a new jacket arrived at my door the following day. It does not get any better than this!
I should also mention that the store has a wonderful selection of all kinds of beautiful firearms. Chris, the firearms sales rep is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy.

Excellent! Beautiful gallery.
The firearms are excellent! They have a premier gun room that has some of the prettiest grained walnut you have ever seen. Both in shotguns and rifles. They also carry handguns and tactical weapons.
The clothing side of the gallery was a bit cramped but had an excellent selection of fine men’s and women’s clothing and accessories.
The prices were on the high side. MSRP pricing.
I was greeted promptly by a friendly sales person. Very attentive but not intrusive.
Would highly recommend.

Guns, knives, clothes. If you want a $ 1,000 hunting jacket or an $ 80,000 gun (not kidding), you must really know what you want and have a whole lot of money. Nice place.
