My experience was one of the worst I’ve had in quite some time and I will never return. My job was fairly straight-​forward: standard size pillow coverings and cushions. Very poor workmanship — crooked seams, zippers that were not fully sewn in and final products that didn’t measure the paperwork. Adding insult to injury, Pamela was abusive on several occasions, so much so that I had to escalate matters to the owner and deal only with him. Hassle expense here is way too much. There are too many competent upholsterers in Dallas who do a great job and treat their customers respectfully to spend your $$ here.

This review partners with my review on Golden D’Or Fabrics as I do some comparison. Best Fabrics is very clean and organized, and I found the staff to be much more helpful than across the street. They could stand up turn up the air conditioning, but it is a large space. Much larger selection of upholstery/​home fabrics (huge warehouse is the appropriate description) and amazing selection of trims — best I’ve seen in the area, for great prices. They also have drapery rods, tassels for tiebacks, etc. No apparel fabric, if that is what you are looking for, but they also have some 100″ wide fabrics which I’ve not seen elsewhere — very nice.
