Better Inspections

Inspection was not thorough. My husband and I were purchasing an older home and when we received the inspection it was clearly not detailed. I emailed and asked why certain things were not on inspection i.e. detached gutters etc. and wanted an explanation for other obvious issues with the house and never received a response. We ended up hiring and engineer and found serious issues that needed attention immediately. I called the business directly about these issues and received an extremely rude response and was offered a call back. The woman on the phone had ZERO interest in resolution and when I received the call back she spoke about irrelevant things and said there was «no issue». I do
Not recommend this service and after reading furthers reviews online I wish I would have taken all of my money elsewhere.
