Every time I’m craving Vietnamese food, this does the trick. The first time I came here, I was overwhelmed by the menu. It is literally a book with endless options. I was a little hesitant at first since a restaurant with that many dishes wouldn’t be good, but I was very wrong. My favorite dish here is the com tam, or broken rice dish. The meat is very flavorful and juicy. The bun, or vermicelli and banh mi are also delicious. I’ve tried a lot of items here and none have yet to fail me, but my ultimate favorite are the smoothies, especially durian. I love durian but somehow, none of the places I go to have smoothies that are rich in durian. However, this place does it. The smoothies are strong and super strong. I highly recommend it to all the durian lovers out there. Overall, everything here is pretty good and affordable too. So as a broke college student, I am extremely content.

I got food poisoning from this place two nights ago :/i was in pretty bad shape for 4 hours and almost went to the ER! I had ordered clam congee so beware of their sea food options. My friend also got sick to the stomach after eating their beef phở once! Honestly, idk if I’ll ever go back to this place and if I do, ill stick to their veggie or tofu options.

Pretty decent food, and always busy with lots of customers. Came last night and ordered the orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, chicken lettuce wraps, egg rolls and a chocolate bubble tea. Never tried the bubble tea before but it was extremely interesting– I would absolutely try another flavor, maybe a fruity one next time! My fiancé loved the orange chicken, but thought the sweet and sour chicken was dry. The lettuce wraps were standard. The egg rolls however, are outta this world. Every time I have visited here we order them– and at 25 cents each it’s a steal. I would suggest calling in your order so you don’t need to wait, but pretty solid choice.

I’ve catered twice from here, and occasionally do a sit down meal. No complaints! The real reason I give this place a five star is the desserts(Che). I normally will always try something new from their huge selection, but my all time favorite is #473(Spring Desert Grass Jelly). BTW…I also spend my money at their sister location inside 99 Ranch. I will marry anyone right now who knows how to make this!

I had a great experience here! I came here the other day with my hubby to meet up with one of his friends from his adolescence. The menu here is HUGE. I was overwhelmed with choices and ended up ordering a large bowl of their combo phở. My hubby ordered a crispy noodle dish and our friend ordered a papaya salad. The restaurant décor is very opulent and looks like it’s reaching out to youth culture, which is smart. The servers were friendly as well. I’m definitely coming back to eat here again!

The land of «buy 2 phở, get the 3rd free!» The queen size is $ 8.25 now, and king is $ 8.99. And the king size is pretty sizeable, so be hungry if you order that size! This oho deal, plus the fact that their phở is actually pretty good, has kept me ordering those yummy noodles nearly every time I’ve eaten here, despite their huge selection if dishes listed out in their encyclopedia of a menu. If phở isn’t your thing, there’s all kinds rice dishes, seafood, hot pot, boba, etc to try! This place is super decked out in crazy lights and decorations, not to mention a television(usually showing Food Network and the latest sports game) about every 2 feet of wall space in the huge restaurant. Meals come out pretty quickly and have always been quite tasty. Phở here is pretty good, I like that the noodles aren’t mushy and they don’t skimp on the meat. The broth isn’t outstanding but is pretty good, not too oily, watery, or salty. Definitely worth what you pay for it, and I’ve paid a lot more for a bowl of much worse tasting phở. The waiters have pretty consistently poor English bit are friendly and not mean to customers who can’t speak Vietnamese.

I’ve been this restaurant 2years ago. I remember it was not bad and price was cheap. yesterday, I brought my family and we ordered. At that time, there were so many people. we thought this restaurant may be good for customers. but, they gave us spoons and forks. my wife found some dried food on the spoon. that means it was not washed well. we complained to someone who was serving the food(but she didn’t wear uniform. maybe she is manager or owner.) but then we started to upset. she didn’t say anything, even sorry to us. and they didn’t give new spoon. whatever we ask something, we felt uncomfortable. that time was terrible time. i was sorry to my family because of this restaurant. I don’t want to recommend this restaurant to other people. They should get training for service.

Bistro B… For you to allow someone like this to come into your restaurant and ask for money from your customers is disrespectful. We come here every now and then to eat with our families. We get bother by this man coming in placing down a keychain saying he is deaf and asking for help. It’s not comfortable to allow someone like this into your establishment to bother your customers. It has been ongoing for years now and I can’t see why you still allow it to happen. Please respect your customers and know how to politely ask people like this to not interrupt your customer’s meals.

Love this place. It’s open till 2am!!! Their massively diverse menu seems to never end so it’s easy to please a large group. Service is good for an ESOL staff. Good comes out quickly IMO.

I’ve been here multiple times and there are a couple of positive notes: Food comes out ridiculously fast and servers are usually good at checking for water. There have been a few times where waiters do not cater to you quickly but there are many there so someone will check with you eventually. I recently got the hot pot fried rice with pork chop. Good choice and I was pretty full. Price was very reasonable($ 8.99). If you’re looking for a quick and cheap place for Vietnamese food, this is your place.

Can I just start off with how long it took for my food to come out? Five minutes. Maybe four. I didn’t even have time to make small talk… Came by last night around 8PM and the place was still pretty packed! They didn’t have any empty booths or smaller tables so the two of us ended up sitting at a round table for eight… That’s okay. Because the food came out in four mins. The menu was endless… We ordered #36 special combo phở with meatballs($ 7.99 queen/small) and #160 chow mien with special combo($ 8.99). Both bowls were huge! Flavors were decent and super filling. The phở meat wasn’t raw, pretty much meaning that the broth wasn’t steaming hot so the meat was cooked already before putting it in the broth. But the broth flavor wasn’t bad at all! Especially since the food came out in four mins. If you can sacrifice taste for speed, then this place is definitely worth it. Super extended menu with lots of Chinese influences. Endless drinks menu that I’m excited to try out next time too!

My friends took me here as it is a favorite of theirs in the Dallas area for boba. I actually did not try their boba, but being from the bay area I was not a big fan of the food. — Papaya salad with beef jerky: The sauce on this salad was no good, I was expecting the type of papaya salad you can get at vietnamese or thai restaurants with the sweet chili sauce. This was not seasoned too well either. The jerky was really tough and hard to eat, it was very salty. — Shrimp rolls: They had big peppercorns in them so I had to pull those out but other than that they were decent. — Vietnamese Iced Coffee: Very good/strong — Sesame Tofu: This was great but how can you mess up fried tofu: P I do wish I had more time to try their other boba drinks!

When you come to a place and it’s extremely busy!!! You know your in the right place for vietnamese food. I love this place because they have such a huge selection of food. They do have the best Phở. I have tried all their dishes and the portions are always so large. The egg rolls are wonderful as well and everything on the menu is affordable. Eggs rolls to go are 4 for 1.00. You can’t beat that. The spring rolls are fresh. The staff doesn’t speak much English but they do try. They also have a variety of boba and fresh Asian desserts. If this place wasn’t so far I would be there everyday. They also have a catering menu. I ordered their food for a birthday party and it was def a hit. Everything is pretty fast and def convent. Today I ordered the buy 2 get one free sandwich. A bun and 8 egg rolls at a total of 15.00. Seriously very inexpensive. This feed three people for 15.00 as a good to go lunch. If you haven’t been to this place def worth the trip. They are open on Thanksgiving this year. I will prob order egg rolls to add to my meal.

If you love Cheesecake Factory, you will at least like this place. It’s the Asian version of Cheesecake Factory. Big, thick book of menu. Something for everyone, even the pickiest eater. The servers are friendly, but just like most Asian restaurants, not very attentive, you’d have to flag them down if you need anything. The food is delicious. Everything I have tried here so far has been really good and extremely affordable. Unless you order the family portions, nothing would go over $ 15. Also, they are known for their dirt cheap eggrolls, 4 for $ 1, just make sure you go up to the counter and order them, don’t order them off of the menu, it’s like 4 for $ 3 on the menu, they charge extra for the veggies and the sauce.

I’ve heard great things about Bistro B and I recently read an article written by a Vietnamese student that recommended Bistro B as authentic Vietnamese food… So I decided to try it. It’s not at all what I expected. It looks like an old diner from the 60’s that was converted into a Vietnamese restaurant. It’s very open and bright and it has neon lights. It was actually a pretty cool setting because you don’t see many places like that here. Their menu is LONG! It looks like every thing that has ever been cooked in Vietnam is on this menu… Ok maybe that’s an exaggeration but it is VERYLONG! We ordered cha gio(Vietnamese egg rolls) as our first appetizer and they were ok. I would say they were pretty good but I’ve had much much better. If you haven’t then they would probably be pretty good. We got Banh Xeo as our second appetizer and I wasn’t really happy with it. Banh Xeo is a Vietnamese crêpe that looks like an omelet to most people. It’s not eggy though. Theirs was WAY too big, first of all. It was bigger than a football. And it had too many bean sprouts in it. I’m used to Banh Xeo being smaller, softer, and with some bean sprouts but not 2 handfuls.(That’s about how much it looked like) For our entrées we got Phở Tai(noodle soup with thinly sliced raw beef that cooks instantly when you put it in the hot soup) in Queen size and a rice dish I haven’t seen before. It has a long name, I put it in the description of my photo. My boyfriend said it was really good. My Phở was good but it was also way too much. I wanted something small and this was the biggest bowl of Phở I’ve ever had… And I’ve had a lot! I can’t imagine what the King size would look like. Before we left I realized they also had boba, which is one of my favorite things, so I decided to try theirs. My «usual» is boba, unsweetened green tea with a little honey added, and no milk. They didn’t have unsweetened green tea so I just went simple with green tea and boba. Their boba was a little too soft. It should be slightly chewer. But it was still pretty good. Overall I think next time I’m in the mood for Vietnamese food I’ll probably try a different place but I’ll definitely keep this one in mind.

This was only my second time at Bistro B, and I waited for my second time to leave a review. I went there with two other friends after playing basketball so we were ravished. We were greeted at the front by a lady who didn’t really even say«welcome» or «hello» and just asked us how big our party was. After being sat down, it was nice to see that we were immediately given our drinks, but the people giving us service weren’t friendly at all. As a matter of fact, no one who worked there seemed to smile. It was quite off putting. Anyways, I ordered the number 66, which was a rice plate consisting of grilled pork chops and a variety of other side meats and veggies. I also couldn’t pass up on there 25 cent eggrolls, and got some as an appetizer. The egg rolls were nice and crunchy and perfectly bite sized. I think it’s a must for anytime you walk in there. My rice dish however was average at best. The rice was undercooked and everything except my grilled poor chop was just overly greasy and had a strong taste to it. To top off the unwelcoming service. One of the servers comes along with a huge cart of sauces and decides to interrupt our conversation so that we could assist him by handing over the condiments. It’s something that definitely could have waited till we left. The atmosphere is just incredibly loud Vietnamese music being blasted in your while you try to hear your friends. I’ll stop by to pick up some egg rolls and some bubble tea when I’m in the area, but not a place I’ll come back with my friends.

Nice to find this place. It is big but can get busy very fast. For starters you get seated fast., but as for the so called wait staff. Well that is what it is. Slow but friendly when they come to take your order. But that is all you really see of them. But I have to say there is one person who refills the water and she does a great job. Now there is food by the register so go there and explore. Cause there are some good deal. 4/$ 1 on spring rolls. And other yummy stuff. But it is not advertised. Food was yummy and I will be back. Such a big me use to choose from.

This place is so busy on a Saturday afternoon! We met my sister in law and niece and nephew here and had a bit of a wait before being seated. But once seated were waited on pretty promptly even though it was pretty busy. Our waiter brought us water quickly and made sure we all had menus. Most of our party ordered the wonderful soups here and I ordered a house special fried rice and everything was really good! I would say if you’re craving Phở or just all around good and filling chinese and Vietnamese dishes this is a good place to check out! Good service and good food! What more can you ask for?

I have been coming here for years. This place is quite large. Plenty of tables to seat over 10 people and plenty of booths to seat at least 6 guests. Their menu array is quite extensive. You can order family style to share from their family meal options or individual dishes to share or for yourself. My hubby always gets #68 with a sunny side up egg on top. Its basically Korean ribs with rice, pickled veggies, egg cake and shredded pork. Fish sauce is given on the side. The ribs are grilled and sweet. Rib portion has gotten smaller tho. But none-the-less he always enjoys it! I ordered salt and pepper calamari. I love calamari sautéed with extra jalepenos and onions which I request for but did not see on my dish. The calamari seemed to be a tad bit over-cooked but still edible. Usually its not as greasy but today… I felt it was a bit more greasy. Now my other dish we ordered to share is Clay Pot Catfish. Its the best! Flavorful, sweet and spicy. Think slices of catfish filets(not nuggets) in a caramel colored goodness. It arrives in a steal style pot… still bubbling. I know it says Clay pot which it is normally cooked in but its probably harder to clean than the metal personal pot. I always enjoy that dish with unlimited white rice refills. I also ordered the Strawberry Smoothie with Boboa. I don’t remember this drink being that sweet but I think they have slowly been replacing the actual fruits with more of a purée or syrup. I loved the boboa which was chewy but not too fond of the sweetness in the drink. Overall…there are more things to try on the menu so definitely will come back for more trial and error.

I went with a couple of friends during the afternoon. It wasn’t exactly packed but it wasn’t dead either. We ordered phở and bun bo hue since we were feeling soupy. I shared with a friend since I was unsure of how I would like it. First off, the phở was kinda nice but it had this taste like cinnamon was added to it. Completely threw us off. Next with the bun bo hue, there was a fish cake in it. I’m not too sure how others eat it; but growing up, there was never fish cake in my soup. It always contained herbs, meats, and pork blood in the broth along with the noodle. I wasn’t that into the soup, so I allowed my friend to finish it all. We decided to get bubble tea to go, so we ordered strawberry, mango, and berry madness smoothie. Nothing special. They’re pretty average as they get. However our waiter forgot to add boba to one of them. Oh well, it was no extra charge anyway.
