Flower Mound, TX
BJ is a Master Tailor and successfully lowered the arm hole on a suit recently as well as years of less complex alterations on other items. Unfortunately with most Tailors I find the experience and atmosphere to be only adequate and BJ’s is the same. I think with some minor work to refine the customer experience this could be one of the best spots in Dallas to have your items altered. They are convenient to my place of work and he knows my name. That is 80% of the customer retention for any tailor!

I’m writing in addition with the previous review. He definitely does double charge you for taxes, charges you the amount plus taxes, and when you pick up charges anther 8.5 percent. Great tailor, but I do believe you can find another skillful tailor with better morals and more trustworthy.

Guy is nice but, very poor record keeping. I came in and paid for 2 patches to get put on. Imho he over charges. Then when I pick it up, he charges me again. Mentioned I paid before but his system said otherwise. I later returned with receipt and transaction from my bank from his business. Blames technology and just returns my money. Please don’t waste your time here.
