My friend is in the hospital and phone wouldn’t charge so i took it here. Esmerelda said it needed a new charger. I bought it. It still didn’t charge the phone and the old charger charged my phone just fine. I tried to return it and she wouldn’t take it back. I tried to buy a battery and they don’t carry them. She wouldn’t even look up to see if the phone could be covered by replacement. AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL POLICIES, THIS RETAILER SHOULDN’T BE IN BUSINESS. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED OFF.
