They told us their cooks on a smoke break and the late people coming in last minute. We went 20 minutes before they close. So we couldn’t get what we wanted. He said«yo we fixin ta close». I told him if my boss heard me say that to customers I would be fired.. . Disappointed.

Without a doubt the most over salted food I have ever seen. Not even edible!

The food here is fine if I want a home style meal close to home. Portions are average for the price. Depending on time of day, you may have to ask if there is fresh something or other in the back as what’s in steel serving container looks dried up and scruffy around edges. Most employees are nice. However, the female manager is less than friendly. And when I had to return the following day for something that was missing from my to go bag the night before, she was ho hum about it. No apology, just a ‘there’s one right there’ with no smile or thought to what a pain in the neck it is to have to drop by just to get an item u paid for but was carelessly left by an employee.

I have been here a few times. I must say they have reset my perception of Boston Market. I feel like they offer a decent selection of items to build a home style meal. The entrees offered are meat loaf, turkey and rotisserie chicken. The rotisserie chicken is pretty tender and mildly tasty. There isn’t a great deal of flavor but it makes the cut. I am not sure if I have had the others. Side item wise, I have tried the macaroni and cheese, the garlic spinach, the sweet potatoes, the mixed steamed veggies, the rosemary potatoes and the green beans. They are all decent. The Cornbread is equally decent. The customer service at this particular location is very nicely done. I always feel like they value business, are patient, offer suggestions and are friendly in nature. All in all, the people are nice, the food is a decent alternative for a home cooked meal away from home and the value is good. I paid under $ 30 for a rotisserie chicken with 3 sides and 3 pieces of cornbread.

This Boston Market was very below average. When I walked in, there was a female manager and male employee there. The employee welcomed me with a smile. The manager? Absolutely nothing. I walked up to order and instead of the manager asking what I would like, she just stared. Awesome. The steam table area looked like it wasn’t fresh. Mashed potatoes were crusty looking(come on at least stir it!) anyhow, I order my food, not a word was said from her. I really liked the guy there. He checked me out when I finished ordering and kept a conversation. His name was Alex M.(Or so it says on my receipt.) Okay, so I got home. Food was ok, mashed potatoes did not taste like the traditional Boston market kind. It tasted more like mashed potatoes with milk(to me, no spices, flavor etc) too bad this place is a flop, because I love Boston market. I’ll still happily go to my location in Garland and Plano. The Garland location is VERY good all around. Fresh food, happy people, great service, same faces. Alex, you’re being held back at that location!

I really hate that this chain has dropped in quality… And raised their prices… they added a «dine in» experience with hard plates and actual silverware. but of course the sides last night at our visit were horrible and the price shot up to over $ 40! we were rushed through the line and someone else was already ready to pay by the time were just making it to the cash register… when asking questions about the sub par sides we were treated defensively and rudely… I think we will just get a roasted chicken from walmart next time… boo! p. s. the kids meal sucked!

This Boston Market is very close to my home, so it’s the perfect location for me if I want a hot, home-cooked meal, yet don’t want to home-cook it myself. Boston Market has traditional American food. But make sure you don’t go here for something healthy and low-calorie. Just stop by if you want some delicious comfort food.

Well, Boston Market didn’t send out a coupon specifically for my birthday, but there was a separate emailed coupon sent out the same week just for the heck of it. BOGO. On places like Boston Market, I can totally take advantage of Buy One Get One Free. One for now, One for tomorrow. I love Boston Market’s meatloaf, creamed spinach, sweet corn and baked squash casserole. Two meals and only having to get out and go get it once. The two things keeping this location from 5 stars are the lack of a drive thru, and that their chocolate chip cookies leave a LOT to be desired.
