I have and always will love their products. However, the service in this particular location was a bit problematic. I was dressed down, so the self staff presumed I wasn’t a buyer. This still happens? Geez.

Damn. Prices have gone up here. The leather is phenomenal here. I swear, my purse’s interior is softer than your baby’s butt. I wish I was balling so I could buy more items here but for now, I’m satisfied with having just one exceptional item from here. The service here is pretty good. They go over maintenance and will answer any questions you have about their products.

No more public sales on bags starting 2010. Just a heads up for any BV lovers out there.
Last year (November 2009), they had their bi-​annual end of season sale on bags for private viewing only, meaning if you were a regular and valued customer. My SA informed me about it but said there was basically nothing anyhow for the men’s selection so I had to pass since it was a 4 hour shopping event during the day. Uhm, yeah.
However, ready to wear, shoes and accessories were still on sale for the public at a modest 30% off. I say modest because prior to this season, almost everything that was a seasonal item was marked up to 50% off retail price!
Anyhow, I still got some small leather accessories in earth tones (red and brown) at a good price and love them to death.
At the moment, I’m saving up for a Cabat or messenger bag. I’m not sure yet!
5 stars because everytime I walk in here, I feel inspired. Or filled with rage because I can’t afford anything in here besides accessories.

bottega veneta has a sort of understated elegance… it’s a non-​logo luxury brand (like hermés) based on excellent craftmanship…
is it expensive? yes… it’s definitely a splurge… but their leatherware is extremely well made and service is top notch… if something isn’t in stock, they’ll order it for you… and…they’ll even refurbish your item in the first year… they’ll do a touch up on the exterior of the purse/​leatherware as well as replacing the suede interior!
i ended up getting the large venetta in noce… i am looking forward to enjoying it for a long long time…
