I had a really wonderful experience using Broncolines. Jorge was so friendly and helpful. I rented the bounce house for my husband’s 35th birthday. We wanted a big water slide bounce house. So, when we woke up to rain we were really disappointed. The bounce house was supposed to be delivered at 2pm and it was still pouring. I called Jorge a few times and we talked about the rain. He said I wouldn’t owe him a thing if we called it off. At 4p the skies cleared and the weather was great. He delivered within an hour (I live in Oak Cliff). The bounce house was exactly as pictured and in great shape! He picked it up the next day and was all around professional and great to work with. I would totally use him again.
