Worst pool service EVER!!! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! We just spent $ 175.00 at Leslie’s pools just to get my pool to swimming condition and that’s after maintenance and service with the pool pump repair.

The worse experience ever. I made an appt last week to have my pool cleaned. Mandy put me on the schedule for Wednesday May 28 and informed me she would call the day before to tell me what time the tech will be out. I never received a phone call. I called numerous times and left messages. Still no call back. I called back again on Wednesday morning and spoke to a manager and they pretty much made her come to the phone. She gave me a time but didn’t apologize for not returning my phone calls. Later that day the tech showed up and I directed him to my pool. He turned on the pool and took the top off the little basket next to the pump and water was shooting out. He kept trying to put the top on and ended up breaking a piece on the top. He said he couldn’t clean the pool because my gasket was broken inside my pump which was a lie. My wife called the CEO Nate Buchanan and he seem to care at first and sent a tech out to look at the pool. Well the tech informed us that the gasket wasn’t broken and that the top of the basket was broken which we already knew. We asked if they could replace the basket and we will pay for the service charge which was $ 125. He called Mr. Buchanan back and he said no because we didn’t winterized our pool so whose to say their tech broke it. I was in complete shock. So you wanted us to pay for a basket that your tech broke and wouldn’t give no type of discount. That’s absurd. So not only did we plan to pay for the service charge. We we’re going to have them to clean the pool as well. So you would’ve got at least $ 400 from us, but they chose to be greedy. We own a spa and customer service is number one. It’s clear that these people are all about money and have no respect for their customers. So not only did you lose us as a customer, you will lose our friends as well.

I have called twice for four days in a row. Called three times last week, begging for a return call. MS x311 will not even acknowledge a customer phone call. Originally spoke with MS about cleaning and shock treatment. A rep came to house said it was too cold and would come back that weekend. NEver heard from him again and can not get anyone to reply. I have never left a negative review on a company but this is infuriating and I am tried of begging for a return call.
