I visited this location Saturday morning. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant-wich. I paid for my food. When I received my order I looked in the bag and asked for ketchup and grape jelly. The cashier informed me that they only had strawberry jelly. Burger King’s slogan is, «Have it your way.» How can I have it MY way when you don’t have the condiments necessary to achieve me having it MY way? I immediately asked for a refund which they thought was ridiculous. I didn’t care what they thought. I wanted grape jelly. They didn’t have it. So Burger King couldn’t have my money. Refund, please. Thank you.

Best BK in the Grove. «Sorry Lake June location». I went yesterday and ordered the new Big King and some other stuff… The Big King was very tasty though not as «BIG» as i expected. Which is probably for the best. Fries were hot and fresh yada yada yada…
