I asked them 3 times in a hour to fix the drink machine, They did nothing. I asked for hot fries, I got cold soggy fries, the bacon cheeseburger tasted like it was made last week. The employees obviously hate their customers big time. Worst BK experience ever.

Don’t go. Gross, everything is dirty out in the lobby and bathrooms, so guess how dirty behind the counter is. They need to fix this place and change management. Fat lady behind the counter is rude to customers.

After waiting in the drive thru line, I get to the window and am told they only accept cash. When I asked why the cashier replied«this thing» and thumped the register. Thanks for the waste of time.

Young lady behind the counter greeted me as soon as I walked in. I immediately noticed how clean the restaurant is. As she took my order I mentioned that this was a nice restaurant and she replied ‘thank you’. She was not very personable, very militant with her work, but easy to work with. My nuggets are good but my fried taste old, stale, and dry. Overall a very good visit.
