I just ordered my burger and took one bite and there was a bunch of hairs not just one. I took it back and the associates were laughing. I didnt even get one sorry. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN

It’s burger King in cases a hell of a lot better than mickey ds. Awesome spot this location is at right off the interstate open 24hr which is nice.

Just discovered this new one tonight. Bright security lights in their parking lot, bonus for that. Food was perfect and Icee was fantastic. Friendly staff. Just first visit but it has the potential to be the best BK in the cliff if it keeps this quality up.

Nice new burger king, its good to have a new one there is only one in oakcliff close to my house but this one is newer and updated and its cool to have another one in the area.

I have been to this location several times since the opening of this particular restaurant a mere month ago. Except for the very first day of business, the knowledge of the staff on duty is seriously lacking not only in how to deal with customers but in the general operation of their business. The restaurant is often times dirty with not enough staff on duty to handle the infux of customers. I also miss the actual flame-​broiled taste of the hamburgers that made Burger King famous in the first place. The burgers now are flash cooked and stored in water! It seriously takes away from the taste… in my opinion anyway. The other thing that gets on my nerves is that I can take my wife and I to a sit-​down restaurant with a waitstaff and spend about the same price for a full meal as I do for the hamburgers and french fries sold here. In other words, the food is sub-​par, the price too high for the quality, the knowledge base is low, customer service is lacking and the atmosphere SUCKS!
