Would give 0 stars if could. Party of 6. 2 kids 4 adults. Breakfast cost $ 11/adults & half price kids. Inside of Wyndham hotel but wasn’t worth it at all. There were gnats allover the fruits bar and by the sweets and bread area. Not a few but alot! Hot breakfast buffet only consisted of about 5 dishes: biscuit, gravy, pancakes, sausage, and cutup potatoes. Oh and there’s cooked omelet. Nothing else was out. We had to request for scrambled eggs & bacon(didn’t know there’s waffles, you have to request for it). Short staffed. Server told me there was 15 min wait just to go get the bacon! What breakfast buffet don’t have any bacon & scrambled eggs out? Even the kids complained, said mcds breakfast is much better! Had used gift certificate fr but still not worth paying at all. Should be considered complimentary breakfast for this type of breakfast. The worst breakfast we’ve had & paid for.

This is a decent restaurant located at the Wyndham hotel in Dallas. It’s basically half a step below what you might expect to find at a Hilton, but was overall pretty good for the price. The service was not spectacular, especially considering they were not very busy when I visited, but it was adequate. My salad and prime rib were both good, but the steak was slightly overdone for my tastes(I ordered medium rare). The best part about the meal was the tiramisu, which I ordered for dessert; it was definitely better than average in my opinion. Overall, good American-style restaurant, but I can’t specifically recommend it due to its overall average-ness.

It’s really a 3.5 star joint that gets rounded up because of the service. The Chinese waitress was friendly and awesome! I was arising in the hotel and saw a Cobb salad on the room service menu. I decided to have is as quick lunch downstairs but it wasn’t listed! The waitress tracked it down and hot it got he and the cook even checked in I how it was when he walked by. It was totally fine! The place was empty though. I was the only customer in the place. It was depressing. C’mon Wyndam, you have great staff and decent food. Let it shine!

Like John said, it’s top-notch food with a very casual and relaxed atmosphere. I found it on a coupon and the price came out pretty nice. We ordered salmon, a salad, and something else I can’t remember. I wish they had a menu online so I could reference that, but I suspect everything they have is good. The reason I only gave four stars instead of five was a rowdy group of 10 – 15 people who were shouting at each other between the 5th floor and the bar area. 3 of them were at a table near ours watching a soccer game in Spanish on high volume. It was pretty annoying and the kids were running around all over the place, and the hotel did little to intervene(though security did try to stop the kids from running around and yelling so much). Ambiance leaves something to be desired when that is going on, but food in general is great.

Café Biarritz is the restaurant inside the Wyndham Hotel on the SW corner of Coit and Alpha. Even though it seems a bit unusual, my wife and I have occasionally enjoyed going to nice hotels for a nice dinner out. We find that it’s top-notch food with a very casual and relaxed atmosphere. We came to Biarritz on a Saturday night at around 7pm and it was nearly deserted — two other couples, one having only drinks. There was only one server, but he was working hard and was very friendly and helpful. You’ll pay prices that are pretty average for the quality of food, and the atmosphere of the Wyndham is very nice(though it is, of course, a hotel). We used a certificate and it was a great deal. On the recommendation of the server, we got a steak cobb salad and the meatloaf, plus an extra side. The total was in the upper-$ 30s range before tip. The food came reasonably promptly, considering there was just one chef and he was doing everything fresh. My wife loved her salad, as the server suggested. Tasty seasoned beef strips on a bed of generous greens, avocado, and more. It’s a very large portion — definitely enough to fill up any adult. I thoroughly enjoyed the meatloaf. It’s a mix of white meats — chicken, pork, and veal if I remember correctly — and it’s breaded and fried to a nice crisp. Comes with excellent gravy. Large portion — I can’t imagine finishing it in one sitting, as it comes with tasty and well-prepared asparagus and very creamy and yummy mashed potatoes. My wife and I both brought home leftovers and made most of another meal apiece. We didn’t order drinks, but it looked like a reasonably-well-stocked bar with a couple beers on tap. Menu wasn’t lengthy but had plenty of options including plenty of seafood as well as simpler appetizers and hamburgers. Overall, if you want great food at a pretty good price, but want to wear your jeans and a t-shirt, this is your place!
