Caliber Plumbing

We had a bad clog toilet and they came out and fixed it but the toilet was not reset properly. It actually rocked an inch back and forth when you sat on it. They came back out and reset it properly but now it does not stop running. I just have an issue with attention to detail. Why would they leave the job with it so obviously not fixed correctly. He got very defensive when confronted and fairly rude.
They know what they are doing but just may take several times to get it right so if you have nothing else better to do than wait for the plumber then these guys are for you.

I regret that I did not get the guy’s name, but he showed up on time. They also cleaned up after themselves well and went out of their way to get the job done, since we ran into some snags with the landlord and our shoddy plumbing. One of the two, a large, tall guy was especially personable. He is my dog’s favorite person ever and he knows my dog by name. He gets my dog happier than anything and he wanted to go home with them. He is very sad that they are gone now. lol

I’ve had a leaky outside facet for over a year. Back then I received a quote for around $ 350.00. A bit discouraging because I didn’t expect it to be that high. I can’t remember the company that gave me the quote, but that’s ok. I’ve now found a great plumbing company.
This year it started leaking again, quite badly. Before I could just use a little muscle to turn it off though not now. So something needed to be done!
I called Caliber Plumbing. Harold, the owner, is the nicest guy you could talk to. I felt over the phone I could trust him. I described the problem and he said it wouldn’t be that much to fix and could be out there in a few days. He didn’t need me to be home because it was outside; fine with me, I got a business to run! When I came home I went outside and it was fixed. They replaced the whole nozzle with a brand new shiny one which was very easily turned off. And the bill was a little over $ 200.00 — A hundred dollars cheaper than the first quote!
I appreciate the ease of setting up the appointment and the fair price. This will be the plumber I’m recommended to all my friends! Harold you and your guys rock!!!
