I think if you want to get your watch repaired, they probably do a great job. There are some things I found a little frustrating. * No signage. People in the building did not even know who they were. They are on the second floor. The front door is locked. The building has some sign about a law firm. * They do not use their phone or return any messages you may leave. * They only take cash. * The guy I talked to was really unfriendly. I asked him a few watch questions. He was just unhelpful. * The place is a serious mess. If you need a watch repair, they seem to do a great job. I needed a battery replacement and they did it while I waited. I had to run to a ATM(which there is none close) and come back to pay $ 10. Could have been avoided with a quick phone call.

My Rolex seadweller stopped ticking!!! They had it fixed, polished and looking like a brand-new watch in 4 days!!! Everywhere else said they would have to send it off and It would take a month minimum. Ron &EJ stand up guys. Bringing my other rolexs in for maintenance next

I bought a Tag Heuer Carrera 1964 re-edition years ago from a guy who was down on his luck. I was lucky that It was not a fake, but it did not run well. I found this place because it was local and I dropped the chornograph off with them. 2 weeks later it came back looking, and running like new. Ron and Warez are two top notch guys. I’ve taken them all my watches since. They can work on anything from Sekio to Patek.
