Cha Cha Pizza

Chalk up another review for bad customer service and timeliness. Wouldn’t do it again.

Order at your own risk. We ordered from them and it took an hour and 45 minutes to get my food. The delivery driver actually had our food in the car for over 40+ minutes before it was delivered. Of course everything we ordered was cold. The mozz sticks were hard, the pizza was hard and the chicken alfredo while not hard was pretty terrible.
We called to get a new order or our money refunded but there was no manager on duty. I said i’ll wait until they call one and was hung up on. If you order from them after reading this review. You have no one to blame but yourself. This place is flat out TERRIBLE

I’d read mixed things about this place, but I was hungry and in the neighborhood. so I tried it. There’s a Unilocal checkin coupon, so it sounded good. What ensued pushed me to the point of almost losing my shit on the cashier.
First of all, their hours say open at 11 AM; I was there (I was staying next door) waiting…and waiting… it was freaking cold outside. So at 11:15 I went back to the hotel freezing my jewels off… pissed. I called… no answer. So I got on Eat24 and decided I’d place an order and go get it whenever they decided to show up to work (to tired to drive elsewhere).
I get confirmation they received my order and it’d be ready. So I’ve got my cash and I’m heading back, hungry (which is a no no for me… Hulk Smash when hungry) and show her my coupon. She tells me «That’s only good for regular pepperoni you ordered deli pepperoni «. How am I suppose to know? So I looked at her and said I’ve gotta go get more money, I didn’t bring enough… this wouldn’t be an issue if you’d open on time! I could’ve ordered it here and this wouldn’t have happened.
Now…now…now I am more pissed off because I realize I’m going to make 3 trips to this place before I even eat their product… W.T.F. Long story short (ya I know too late) I get my food and still leave a nice tip, because I’m not a total ass hole… and eat my pizza. It was really good. Heavy on the greasy side though (byproduct of all that pepperoni). But not worth the bullshit I went through to get it. I won’t be back.

My delivery was about an hour and a half late. When it finally got to me, my pizza was cold. I called and spoke with Matt, the manager, who had no intention of fixing the issue; rather, blamed Eat24 for sending them too many orders at one time which caused a late delivery. I sent the pizza back with the delivery driver who was also rude and combative. This was my first attempt at trying Cha Cha Pizza, but I will NEVER order from them again. If I were in Eat24’s management, I would cancel my contract with them for extreme poor customer service giving Eat24 a bad name.

Ordered for the first time today and the thin cheese pizza was awesome. The sauce is what made it for me. The service was awesome as well.

Guilty but not guilty lol! I LOVE these garlic asiago wings!!! Staff is polite and helpful! The delivery guy is real cool! Food comes fast and delivery is FREE.99!!! They hand make their meatballs!!! Yum! What are you waiting for…

Customer service is horrible!!! Order was wrong and owner didn’t care. Food was greasy and rushed. I will never eat here again!!!

I have ordered from Cha Cha Pizza and every time it was wonderful but I must say the 6 cheese pizza is one of my favorites!

This place is so amazing I don’t even know where to begin. The Chicken Florentine Pizza is hands down the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is perfect– not too thick, not too thin, buttery but not greasy. The Garlic chicken wings are incredible. I moved to this area in March and thought I’d tried every pizza delivery in the area until I stumbled upon this gem tonight on Unilocal.I will never order from anywhere else again.

This is not your average pizza joint. This is authentic, one of a kind goodness. I can not wait to try everything on the menu! The service is impeccable. The two times I’ve ordered, in the last two weeks, the food is delivered hot and fresh, fast, and by the nicest guy! I am a new fan!

Very inconsistent. From pretty good to really bad.
1^st time: I got a good pizza with good service
2^nd time: Pizza was not as good as the first time.
3^rd time: Pizza that was burnt, super dry, and just really bad tasting. It actually made me really sick. And the delivery guy tried to get more money from me than what the check said. It wound up costing me $ 40 for a meal that made me super sick.

This pizza rocks! Real New York style and good prices too. The beef sausage is high quality and packs a little kick of spice. Our delivery showed up quick for a Friday dinner time and the pizza was nice and hot. Get your Cha-​Chas out!

I ordered the Chicken Fetticini and it is SPICY. They give you absolutely NO warning that their dish is spicy. This means I could not eat it and basically 26 bucks down the drain. Traditionally you do not expect Alfredo to burn your mouth and I can not eat spicy dishes. They could at least warn you in the description that the dish is made spicy. I am very very unhappy and will never order from here again. They need to learn how to describe their food.

Be prepared for a rough environment! Probably best if you order it and then pick it up to take home. The eating area is surrounded by TVs and slot machines, and the crowd that gathers here is pretty sketchy. The food, however is awesome! The pizza is delicious and met every hope that we had for it. Bring your own ice if you want your drink over ice. And don’t expect any high chairs. It’s not exactly family-​oriented. But the food is worth it, even if you get it to go.

This is a hidden gem of a pizza place. It quietly sits nestled next to a gas station, but do not be fooled by the location. This is the real deal.
Homemade marinara sauce, amazing fennel sausage, the only crust the wife will completely eat, cheap prices, and a friendly staff.
I have been very silent about this place because I don’t want it to get too packed, but I can stay quiet no longer.
This is THE place for pizza!

I’m not a fan of pizza, and when hubby wants to order he usually goes with Dominos or Pizza Hut since I won’t eat it anyway. This time he wanted to try and get something I’d eat, so we found Cha Cha’s.
We ordered via GrubHub, which was fairly simple. It took almost an hour. We got our order at 8:15 pm.
Hubby liked the pizza except that he prefers a thicker crust. He also liked the BBQ wings. I had a Calzone with chicken and pesto. It was very good, especially with the garlic aioli.
Portions were quite large. We had more than two meals from our order. We will likely order from them again.

Great pizza! Best pizza I have had since I moved to Texas. Crust was crispy. Pizza arrived hot! I ordered pepperoni and cheese. Just the Right amount of toppings. Asked for light sauce and it arrived exactly the way I ordered. Delivery guy was awesome. Forgot to ask for hot peppers and Parmesan but was already in box. Delivery time was about 30 – 35 mins. Will definitely order again! Prices very reasonable. Looking forward to ordering some of the other items on the menu next time! Easy online ordering. Very very pleased!

The pizza here is amazing!!! I was a little turned off by the appearance of the place but since I’m new to town I wanted to give it a try. My pizza was perfect! The slice was big enough to share but of course I didn’t! I will be ordering form here many more times when in town!!!

One of my co-​workers asked if I wanted to go get a slice of pizza for lunch. I love pizza and said I would go and check it out. When we got there it was not crowed at all (not a bad thing) I was warned the slices are huge NY style.
They brought the pizza out on a round pizza tray. It was hot, plenty of cheese and toppings, crispy crust (not burnt). It was a great lunch!
Today was my 2^nd time back, so I thought I would leave a review.
They also have subs, breadsticks. etc.

I was volunteering all day at the Humane Society and got home around 7, took care of my own animals and then decided I was too tired to make anything and it was raining so did not want to go out to get something. Found on Unilocal,Cha Cha Pizza which was close and reasonably priced.
The process was easy (via Grub Hub) but there was no explanation on the size. I am used to Hawaii pizza prices so when I ordered the Vegetarian pizza for $ 19.99 (which is the only veggie one they had on the menu) I just assumed it was the size I always get since that is what it is in Hawaii. I also ordered a lasagna for my friend’s lunch next week for $ 5.99.
I ordered at about 7:15p and got an email saying the delivery would around 8:17. Okay, that sounded pretty decent. Then at 7:27p I got an updated text message that the delivery would now be between 8:25p and 8:35p. No updated message now so at 8:40p I call and they say that my order is ready and has been but they only have one driver so when he comes back, he will take my order. I am really hungry but wait. At 9:20p I had had it so I called again to cancel my order and they said the driver just left with my order and they gave me 2 cheesecakes because they were sorry. Really? So, my order sat there for over an hour and I should be happy because I got 2 cheesecakes?
I am so tired I am about to fall asleep. At 9:35p, the pizza comes. OMG! The box was the biggest I had ever seen, I thought it was a joke. It was a HUUUUUUGE pizza (16″ after I went to their site directly). Needless to say, the pizza was cold and SOGGY in the middle. I was not impressed at all.
I ate one, could no longer keep my eyes open so went to sleep. All that for a slice of cold and soggy pizza. Very disappointed.
