Walked by a couple weeks ago and saw a sign that read new management new menu. So decided to check it out for myself. Oh my gosh! It was the
. I had the Bulgogi Panini and a «chocolate chip bacon cookie» (what?). I got hit with greatness and will definitely be going back often!

Excellent baked chicken and the spinach salad is great! The plaza is full of places with processed food but I think Chez Max is great because they offer a little bit healthier fare. I always get the baked chicken when it is the lunch special. Chez Max also has really good quiche.

Plano, TX
Menu varies from nearby shops– but the food is not very good. Had the fish, soggy and bland. Salad also soggy– not fresh. Fruit was ripe though, which was nice.
Pricey for what you get– 8 dollars for a piece of fish, a bit of fruit and a bit of salad, and a drink.
Steering clear from now on.
