Customer service is great. The staff brings your order to your table. They’re friendly. I love this location. Parking never becomes anyone’s problem in this location. Food is perfect ! No nasty soda fountain !

I love Chick-​Fil-​A but probably won’t be returning to this location. First time at this location, so not sure if they were having an off day or this is how it always is. But my food was cold and old. I ordered the chicken minis with a fruit cup and lemonade (no ice). Chicken minis didn’t seem fresh. Fruit wasn’t sweet. And lemonade didn’t taste as good has it usually is.

This Chick Fil A is a little awkward because I could not see a drive thru, at least not from the side of the building that I entered. However, they do get your food out to you very quickly even when it is jam packed with customers at lunch time. Awkward parking area.

This used to be a good Chik fil A location, but now I will not be coming back. I’m not big on fast food, but when I’m over here to do some shopping, I sometimes have to grab something to keep going. This is the second time the food has been terrible. The fries were cold and soggy; the nuggets were limp and greasy, and the service was sub par.
The bathroom had no toliet paper, and no paper towels. On my last visit, there was no soap. How are the employees supposed to wash their hands? When I informed the staff, the wait person named Tyler was rude. The manager on duty, heard this exchange and did apologize but it was too little, too late, in my opinion.

It seems Chick-​fil-​A has set the standard for having respectful, friendly and courteous employees at a fast food establishment, which makes it more enjoyable to be here. Meanwhile, we’ve all been to this chain before and know what to expect from the food. It’s the service that’s top-​notch.

Chick-​Fil-​A employees always reply with «My Pleasure», rather than «You’re Welcome». It’s because they genuinely are happy to serve you!

Went through the drive-​through and the girl who was at the window couldn’t have been any nicer! I presented a coupon for a free chicken sandwich meal. Of course, I had to make it complicated and ordered chicken strips instead of the burger and a lemonade instead of tea or soda. I fully expected to pay the difference in pricing and the young lady at the window cheerfully said it was OK and that I didn’t have to pay it. I wouldn’t take no for an answer and I insisted she take the extra cash (we’re talking 50 cents here!), but still, I just wanted to make sure we were square. Food was great — service was even better!

I catered a work breakfast from here today. No complaints from the clients and I got great marks for creativity in deciding the menu. I’m always a fan of a chicken sanny —

Seriously blown away by the customer service here! Two gentlemen working the window just WOWed me with their generosity! This was a sometime stop for us but will become a regular one. Thank you!

I love Chick Fila, so writing this negative review really bothers me! This specific location needs to work on their customer service and their cooking/​baking skills. First of all, when I ordered sweet tea, I like it to taste like tea with sugar in it– not colored water with a burnt after taste. Second of all, I ordered a chocolate shake from there at another time, it was completely and the contents were not well mixed. I had to throw it out because it was disgusting. Bottom line– travel the extra few miles to the next Chick Fila, do not stop at this one!

This location impressed me with its fast service and the freshness of its food. I had to pull in to park and wait for three minutes for my chicken strips to cook, but it was well worth the wait for those sweet, crunchy strips of goodness. They were super delicious since they were fresh out of the fryer.
Both employees who worked on my order were really friendly and helpful. Bonus star for remembering both oft sauces and my straw even though they had to bring my order out toy car. Great job, dudes!

Standard Chick-​fil-​A restaurant. They are on the end of a strip-​center and their drive-​thru is on the back of the building.
The service and food here have always been consistent at this location.
The only complaint I have is the awkward drive-​thru has two ordering kiosks, but you have to merge into a single lane to get your order.
All-​in-​all, a good location to visit for good and prompt service.

Always solid service at this location and they weren’t bothered by me walking in near closing time. The staff was very friendly and always ready with a «my pleasure.» This is about as far as fast food dining goes for me. It’s a simple and basic place where service is fast and friendly and the food is pretty good. The plus is they serve chicken you know the other white meat. Who doesn’t love that spicy chicken sandwich with a pickle and maybe a little Texas Pete hot sauce tossed in there to help get your sinuses on track.
I will at times indulge in the various sides you can swap out for your waffle fries like a side salad or the carrots and raisins. I do know if it’s been awhile since I’ve been here then I will go with the fries just to satisfy my inner fat kid. I did recently indulge my inner fat kid with the large ice cream cone. Maybe since it was late night the employees were trying their best to build the biggest damn ice cream ever. I will say I ate it all but I was like damn you’re trying to have me leave this place looking like big beef. Oh well maybe I will opt for the small next time just to make myself feel less ashamed.

I’m not too fond of how they have a double lane for ordering but you have to merge into one lane to pick up your order. It makes maneuvering the drive-​through a little tricky. They will call out to you which car to follow so that no one jumps the line and messes up orders.
The food is just as good at other locations. I got exactly what I exprected from a Chick-​Fil-​A so I was a happy camper.

love chick-​fila, but i have a kid… so i love the ones with a playground… eehhh. theres another one a mile down the road that has a toddler play ground! but on this day, i was at sams across the street. so this local was easier.

Don’t get me wrong, I love me some good Chick-​Fil-​A. The reason I am giving it only three stars is because the area surrounding it, is borderline ghetto. I hate the Wal-​Mart in front of it and it causes so traffic. Plus they got my order wrong today! But you know, its Chick-​Fil-​A, I can forgive.
