This location is close to home and a great place to get lunch or dinner. I may go once or twice a month when I don’t feel like cooking.
The food is consistently good… Not the best Chipotle I have ever had… But, good.
Other reviews mention that the staff is not very friendly… I disagree… They are generally quiet and not very talkative, yes… But, not unprofessional.
I will continue to visit. Bring on the burrito bowls!

Perfect lunch spot! It’s the closest location to my office so I come here very often. What I like about this location is the friendly staff, fresh ingredients and the rice. Not all of the Chipotle cook their rice correctly, some places serve overcooked/​undercooked rice which I dislike. The last time I was there, the staff messed up my colleague’s rice bowl and she apologized immediately and offered her a new bowl. Customer service goal!
This place gets real BUSY and the staff might be rushing you to get the food but its because during lunch hour the line tends to get ridiculously long. so come for a early lunch to avoid the line.

So sad to have to drive farther to another chipotle. This location skimps out on all options for all meals. We had to repeatedly ask for more meat, veggies, etc. Management needs to improve training.

I was very disappointed in this Chipotle. I cam in with three other people, two whom were a little older who were not so familar with the way Chipotle works. From the moment we started going through the line I felt pressured and rushed. The employees were unfriendly, seemed annoyed, and just over all very unpleasant. My boyfriends mother had not been here in a long time so she was unaware of what she wanted. The guy did not help her choose something just sat there extremely annoyed with us. The food was of course good (Chipotle always is) but the service terrible. I will go back to my old location to avoid these unlpleasent group od people!

This location is small compared to the others I’ve been to, but that’s ok. I still LOVE Chipotle. They had just ran out of white rice and the lady had called for it multiple times and just stood there waiting for it. It would have been a lot quicker if she had gotten it herself, instead of just standing there!

Never going to this location. Theyre always out of stuff e.g. pico de gallo, shredded cheese etc. Last time i was there the peppers were burnt… charred like black and it was being served. Never!

The staff here isnt too friendly. I always feel like they’re trying to rush me when I come in. The last guy that served me gave a dramatic sigh when I asked him a question. Im sorry i have a food allergy but I want to make sure you arent going to kill me.
The food is always good. Its Chipotle. Hard to go wrong. The location is easy to find right off Preston. Parking is never a problem. There is a parking lot that wraps around the building. Its never too busy here so theres always a few tables open. They also have an outside patio available.

I love chipotle however, it seems that this specific location has told their employees to be extremely stingy on the portions-​even if said portions are not only extra money but overpriced extras.

This is the absolute worst Chipotle that I have ever been to! They give TERRIBLE portions compared to other Chipotles. However, the absolute worst part is that their bowl was LEAKING! I ordered a bowl and when I put it in my car, the sauce leaked all other my new car! This is the absolute basic service that they cannot even get right. I would give it negative stars if I could! Avoid this Chipotle at all costs! I will actively tell everyone that I know not to come to this Chipotle. There is another Chipotle close by that you should go to instead of this one. There is no reason to eat here!

A big fan of Chipotle, but I have mixed reviews for this particular location. Food tastes good, but I’ve had some difficulties with my orders. At least you can never go wrong with chips and salsa or guac!

Wish I would have Unilocaled this place before going. I guess I was too hungry.
It was pretty empty except for 3 people and the staff seemed to be slightly bored, instead of busy, which is typical of most Chipotles.
The guy taking my order seemed distracted, asking me the same questions twice and not really listening. I noticed he dropped a piece of lettuce on the counter and then just brushed it to the floor! Ew!
I was not as excited to eat my food if that’s the attitude taken for food and sanitation. Anyhow, the bowl I usually get didn’t seem as appetizing. Cleanliness in restaurants is key.
I should have driven a few more miles to the location on Preston and Park. That place is top notch.

Size does matter! Not only is this location smaller on the inside but their portions are half the size of other locations. $ 8.71 salad and still hungry. I thought maybe it was just the person that made my salad but after 3 tries — it’s not.

Worst Chipotle ever.
I went once a few months ago, and they were missing the proper beef and cilantro rice. Now they’re missing proper chicken.
Chipotle corporate’s response is «well there was a shortage»… There wasn’t a shortage down the street.
