Please update this site so we can give zeros. This place is absolutely horrible. I dropped off one pair of work slacks to have a zipper replaced on 2-3-2016. Today they didn’t know where my pants are. One week and a day. I asked the owner to just return my pants and ill get it repaired else were. They refuse to do so. They’ve messed with the wrong one this time.

I cannot recommend this place ATALL. I was treated with incredible disrespect. I did not raise my voice or say anything rude, but I did state that I was frustrated with being asked to come back 4 times for a few shirts to be pressed. Yesterday, I brought my clothes in before 9 am and came at 6:45 pm. They weren’t ready. They called me 15 minutes later and they were ready. I came back. A button was broken on one shirt so they said come back tomorrow morning to pick it up. I came back today. It wasn’t ready. That’s when I got frustrated and the guy said it’s not their fault if I come 10 times. I can come as many times as I want and they’ll have it ready when they feel like it. He said LITERALLY«It’s not our responsibility to give you your stuff back, not if you get mad for coming in just four times since yesterday morning.» He said he doesn’t want my business. So I left… but then I walked back in and said, just give me the shirt, please. He said no. I said, Sir, I want my shirt back, I’ll replace the button myself. He said«It’s in the wash. Come back at three.» I said, That’s okay, I’ll wait, and I sat down. He threatened to call the COPS! Seriously! I said, please do. I’m sitting down, reading a book on the floor, waiting for my property to be returned to me. I am not breaking the law, I am not being rude, I’m not even raising my voice or calling names. So he yells at some girl in the back to back the shirt I «can’t even accurately describe»(I had said it was white with blue stripes and it was blue CHECKS! – I mean, yes, I want the thing I own back, please). They brought it to me… it wasn’t in the wash, it was dried and pressed, AND the button had already been replaced. So why the rigmarole of asking me to come back again? I have no idea but he yelled at me as I was leaving«NEVERCOMEBACK!» Apparently their business is so good they don’t need mine – I would say don’t give them yours either.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I got my overcoat dry cleaned here. When I dropped off the coat I told the man that the buttons were delicate, so please be careful. He didn’t even look like he understood what I said. When I picked it up two days later, it didn’t look like it had even been cleaned. There were random stains still on the coat and there was a chalky white stain that I had to rub out. And of course a button was missing. I called back to see if I could get a refund and the woman working told me I would have to talk to the manager. However, she didn’t know where he was, she didn’t know if he would come back that day or what time he would come in if he did, and she wouldn’t give me a number to reach him. Terrible and rude customer service. I’ll have to keep calling back until I happen to reach the manager. Terrible dry cleaning and terrible customer service. I don’t know how they manage to be in business. I don’t need to pay over $ 20 here to get nothing but dirty, damaged clothing.
