Well, I’m sure that he’s a good plumber. However, I will just say I got a smidge of a creepy feeling from the banter and constant telling me about how great he is — and also maybe too much information about his personal life. Did he fix the problem? Yes and no. The problem was resolved by someone else. He was a smidge argumentative about what I thought it was and what he thought it was (neither of us were correct.) For another repair he sent someone else to do the work and charged us up the wazoo (i.e. to fix a simple pvc elbow joint we were charged something like $ 350.) He out and out states he won’t come out unless you have enough work to make it worth his while. So all in all — not sure he’s much of a cost savings over the bigger mobs like Benjamin Franklin or Hutchins. Same prices. Different quality of professionalism. Why did I use him twice? He had semi reasonable availability. Will I use him again? Maybe…
