I stopped here after work for a pedicure and a fill, since it’s on my way home. I wasn’t sure if they were open when I walked in, as all of the lights were off. There were two women in the store, and they looked really surprised when I walked in. One woman gave me a bare-bones pedicure(she never even turned the jets on in the water). The other woman was eating her dinner in the chair next to me and watching TV. Another woman came in and did the fill on my fingernails after my pedicure. It definitely felt like I was disturbing her and the other women. She was either watching TV(which was on a Vietnamese station) or talking to the other 3 women who were there — none of which were customers.(I was the only customer there for the entire hour and a half I was there.) The woman doing my nails was very rough, and much of the time she wasn’t even watching what she was doing. She couldn’t get me out of there quick enough. Four nails were smudged before I even got to my car, because they weren’t dry when I left. I didn’t care at that point. I was just ready to get out of there! It was relatively inexpensive, but I got what I paid for. Not a pleasant experience at all.

All I wanted was a quick manicure after work. It was $ 10 plus tip. The place is in a kind of run down strip mall(this should have been a red flag) and the windows are tinted so you don’t know if they’re open until you open the door. Service was very basic. You don’t get your own new nail file and buffer like some other nail salons actually give to you. Also, they don’t have UV nail lights to dry your nails — only fans which do not dry them well or fast. I nicked two nails about 10 minutes after using the fans and I have tiny air bubbles under the nail polish. Looks like I’ll have to redo my polish. I won’t return and would rather pay a few extra bucks for ambience and a more spa-like experience.
