I just thought I would share with you my experience at Kandyshop today. I’ve been coming to you all for many years and everyone there seems nice. 3 months ago I booked a cover up appt with Krystal. She had me reschedule last week, and we moved my appt to tonight at 5:30. She didn’t show up. I waited and called her cell to only receive a text ten minutes after 6 stating that her mom is in the hospital. I understand that they are contractors, but as a paying customer I expect nothing less than professionalism and common courtesy. I work in customer service and I believe that the polite thing to do would have been to text me to let me know in advance that she was not able to make it. And I must say that the young lady at the front desk was extremely polite and refunded my $ 5 cover fee. Listen, you all may not read this. Hell you all may not even respond, but I want you to know that my friends and my family will no longer give you our business. Thanks for your time.

When I arrived, i had to wait for a heavy Hispanic woman to finish her story about her baby did not have food the day before and drinking only water and cereal in a bottle before i got checked in. But her man gave her some money and they will have «hella» groceries during my tattoo i expressed that it was very painful (not my first tattoo). 3 months later it is itchy, swollen and bumpy. I see another artist who informed me that og poppy dug too deep and now I’m getting scar tissue… you get what you pay for. I was told it cost $ 30 for a tattoo artist just to open a new kit so cheap tattoos probably aren’t clean ones!
