Hands down this has been a horrible experience. I had gotten a voucher from livingsocial for a 1 hour massage, called and made my appointment. It was not explained to me that there is no parking and that one is required to go to a paid lot, I wasn’t given the code to get in the front door and luckily there was a door open on the side of this 15+ story building in the restricted parking area that I was able to get into after walking half way around the building. Once I actually made it in the building the receptionist explained that I was not scheduled for a massage, rather colon therapy. They could not reschedule my appointment for what ever reason that day and I have left 4 messages on the answering machine which is the only thing that answers their phone. Not once has a live person answered. Despite my 4 messages I can’t get a call back my voucher will be expiring in the next few weeks. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend utilizing this service as it’s nothing more than a pure headache!

This was my first colonic experience ever. SO I can not compare it to others. I bought a groupon and had no problems scheduling or with my appointment. This place is more like a DIY(do-it-yourself) which I prefer over some stranger reaming something in my, you know what. I had two sessions which is recommended if you’ve never done it. The first time was really weird. I felt like I had really bad gas(tummy hurt) and I had to take a dump(poor choice of words). You get filled with water(I assume) and then you push it out. I felt light and airy afterwards. I’d do it again if there was another groupon.

I purchased a groupon for a colon hydrotherapy session/swedish massage. I made my appointment, showed up 15 minutes early and wasn’t able to enter the locked building. After 10 minutes I was able to reach someone inside the office, get the code and get in. If you purchase a wellness package(with massage), PLEASE be sure to schedule the massage. I didn’t do that, I just assumed that I would be getting the package… So I didn’t get my massage. No biggie, I was able to reschedule. I did get my colonic… my first colonic ever… Not sure how it is usually done, the room was very small, the table comfy, I suppose. Everything was sanitary. It just kinda seemed like a DIY kinda thing? I thought that someone would be in there with me massaging me or something? I did have this hand massager that I used to massage my stomach… All in all, it totally wasn’t a BAD experience, the colon cleansing was great and I feel much better. I was nervous going in after reading the reviews, but I’m glad that I did it. I will probably do some research and find another place to get my next colonic… but all in all I wasn’t totally dissatisfied. The woman who worked there(Shannon) was SUPER nice and informative. :)

Definitely DONOT go here for a good massage. I received a Living Social deal for an 80 minute hot stone massage, photofacial treatment, and a hand and foot treatment. Needless to say, that is not what I received. Her idea of a hot stone massage was placing a couple of stones on my spine and leaving them there for 30 minutes. She also spent half the time messing with her stupid CD player that didn’t work, so I probably received a 40 minute massage for the price of an 80 minute. I also didn’t get the photofacial or the hand and foot treatment. This place was terrible, I would never recommend it to anyone.

Eek! Methinks not is definitely an accurate description for this place. I purchased a coupon for 3 services via Living Social and scheduled my appointment for a Saturday before moving out of the state. Called and confirmed my appointment the day before. I had just packed up and moved a 2 bedroom apartment on Friday, so to say I was looking forward to the massage is an understatement. Saturday morning I arrived to the building, only to find parking was ridiculously hard to find. No problem, I was still early. Find a spot and walk the block and a half to the building– to not be able to get in. Because the doors were locked to the entire building. To enter you had to have a key fob. So I called the business– no answer. I called over and over and over again. No answer. A car was going into the garage, so I ran in with it as it opened the gate. After a lot of work, I made my way up to her suite. Her door was locked and no one was answering. I had an appointment for myself AND a friend whom had helped me move the day before. Not only did she snub one customer, but two. I wrote her a very nasty letter expressing my dissatisfaction, and have still yet to hear from her for reimbursement. She didn’t even try and call to apologize or even attempt to retain a customer by rescheduling. Bottom line– TERRIBLE.
