Dallas Glass & Mirror

I just had my mirrors installed this week and I absolutely LOVE them! Stephen did a great job. They arrived on time, were very professional and gave me a good cost. I highly recommend them!

I ordered a piece of glass for my reptile tank. Stephen has firsthand experience with tank setup and made great recommendations based on the need to heat the glass safely for my pet. He was accessible by phone, and pleasant to work with.

I enjoyed working with Stephen as he and his assistant were very knowledgeable and focused while on the job. They provided a competitive price and put together an amazing custom cut and fit mirrored wall for my family room. This job was very big and not for any amateur! They knocked it out of the park and I am so thrilled with the results. I found them via an online google search.

You have to disregard all those reviews with less than 3 stars on Dallas Glass and Mirror. I’m thinking the customers were all having a bad day. I needed a 5ft x 5ft mirror removed and hauled off. I was in no hurry. Steven said he would be doing a job in my area that afternoon. He called when he was on his way and gave me a 30 mins notice. He arrived just as I pulled into the driveway. He warned me the mirror could shatter since it was old; however, it did not. He and his help were done with the job and no mess was to be found. Do not read the other reviews, find out for yourself and try them at least once.

Owner was nice and came out after hours (6:30pm) However after charging my card $ 515 and coming to my business twice, my door is still broken and I am having to call another company to get the issue resolved.

Communication is was a big issue, should have ben my first clue as to why the Unilocal reviews are all so negative. My pregnant wife drove to the shop which is an unmarked garage only to find no one there. They do not anwser the phone when called or listen to messages, every phone call and e-​mail was like starting over again. On our last call the man actually hung up on me. i guess they only do corporate location gigs. Not home or design projects.

I’m completing a bathroom renovation and need a custom shower enclosure. I have tried on multiple occasions to work with Stephen (owner or manager) and he was very unprofessional. After the initial conversation I had to call back and leave a voicemail of my name and address so he knew where to go. We had an appointment scheduled for Friday ⁸⁄₂₃ and he was a no show. After trying to get is rescheduled he asked for my address and information a second time. After a few frustrating minutes of trying to set something up he said never mind and just hung up.
When trying to shop around for prices do not go with Dallas Glass and Mirror. Their customer service skills are lacking and they are rude. I agree with Luck P (another reviewer) that this place does not have its act together.
GO ELSE WHERE FOR ALL YOUR GLASS NEEDS!!!

I called this place to get a quote and was told by the representative on the telephone to send an email and that he was not going to give me a quote over the phone. Whatever. So I sent an email and I never received a response back, by email nor phone. I guess they don’t need the business.

I had Dallas Glass & Mirror come out and replace a broken window in my rental property. They were on time, and did an excellent job, and cleaned up everything as if they had never been there. I would definately use them again.
