We got multiple bids for our lighting job and Dallas Landscape Lighting wasn’t the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive. We went with them because the price sounded fair and they could fit us in their schedule sooner than anyone else. Their crew was friendly, polite, and efficient. Having remodeled my whole house, I truly appreciate that. I highly recommend this company and definitely will use them again next year.

I had Dallas Landscape lighting do a lot of work in my backyard. They redid my electrical, installed outdoor heaters, fans, and a misting system. Jesse supervised the work and most of the initial installation was done well. I gave them the final payment prior to the work being finished, and it took weeks to get them to come back and finish the installation. My problems really began with service. My misting system is now over 1 year old and has never worked correctly. Every time I speak with Jesse he assures me that someone will fix it that week, but nothing ever happens. My wife and I have each tried dozens of times to get a response. We now need a new pump motor because they did not install the first one correctly, and after months of trying I’m ready to just pay someone else to fix the problems that Jesse won;t fix. This is a very frustrating group of people to work with.

We had Dallas Landscape Lighting to work under our pergola out back. We met Jesse who gave us several good options and provided a «tiered» plan. The initial work was fairly quick and professional. My complaint comes from the service aspect of the company. We purchased an outdoor rated ceiling fan for under the pergola. After the first rain, it shorted out. It took 3 calls to the office, but they finally came back and replaced the fan. After the very next rainfall, this one shorted out as well. It took me 5 calls/messages over 4 months to talk to someone. They took a message which was never returned. This happened two more times over the course of the next 2 months. Finally the office manager told me she had spoken with Jesse who said the fan company was hard to work with for warranty replacements and that we were free to BUY A NEWFAN from them! After several attempts of explaining how I paid for an all weather rated fan, and that isn’t what I received, the response was just«sorry». Not the Texas way to service a customer.

We made an appointment for someone from Dallas Landscape to come out and bid a job at our home address. We did meet with a representative of the company and he assured us he would be back in touch with a bid. We have made numerous requests via email, phone calls to the company, voice messages left on cellphones all to no avail. We have been given a short list of excuses as to why there is no further communication from the principal, Jessie Maupain, but still no Jessie. They seemed professional, but no ability to follow through. Please note: one star only because there is not an option to leave a no star rating. I would not be able to give a star to a company that never returned a phone call.
