Dallas Move Masters

Dallas Move Masters moved my husband and me from Keller, Texas to Fort Worth. Texas and then to North Carolina. They were courteous, professional and careful with our belongings. My husband has moved somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 times and he raves about Jeff and his crew. They are, by far, the best movers for local and long distance moves.
We would highly recommend this company.

If I could give Jeff and Damien a 10 star rating I would! We have moved a lot and have had really unprofessional movers in the past so I know what a nightmare it can be. So this time I researched movers and interviewed three companies.
What I found out if you hire a name brand company is that they act as brokers. They hire whom ever is available. Our last movers only one of them had experience and they others were on their second or third move.
Thank Goodness we found Dallas Move Masters. Jeff started in the moving business when he was 16 and has over 30 years experience. Everyone on their team was hardworking, polite, and professional. They packed our large house in 2 days and packed it correctly. Nothing was broken. Our last movers took twice as long and several items were broken.
They made our across county move a breeze. They took the stress out of it for us. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you.

I can’t say enough about this company!
Firstly, one of the two owners, Jeffery, came right on time for the estimate. He was very friendly and understood our needs. His estimate was clear and reasonable and a friend recommended him to me, so I went with him over other moving companies who were pretty slippery about their charges or were ridiculously high.
When the movers arrived for our three-​day move (always at 9:00AM sharp), they all introduced themselves and were very respectful and courteous. They are long-​term employees of DMM so they have good teamwork and get along together– a lot of joking and laughing. Not like our last move which had one owner with a bunch of guys who must have been picked up from street corners. The DMM folks worked like dogs without complaint– even with us moving out of a three-​story Uptown Dallas townhouse.
The move went smoothly (three truckloads– in the rain-​all three days) and the movers were insistent that the boxes and furniture were placed exactly where we wanted them, even if we changed our minds now and then and had them move something to a different place in the house. One of their employees, Simon, even repaired a bed frame that had broken months before the move.
The final bill was below Jeff’s estimate, which blew me away. If you are moving in the Dallas area, these are great guys to use– they are honest and hard working– you just can’t ask more from a company in the service business.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I contacted Jeff @ Dallas Move Masters to schedule a move two weeks in advance and he advised me that the morning was full but they would be there at 1PM. Three days before the move I call to confirm and he tells me with probably be later, like 3 – 4, which was not great, but OK.
At 11:31 on the day of the move, he calls to inform me his first move was way more than he anticipated and could not make it to at least 7 or 8, if at all. He also tells me he «thought he could work me in, but it wasn’t going to work». At no time in our other calls had he ever indicated this was a work in move or I would have found someone else to begin with. He then rudely tells me to «call around, it will only take you 15 minutes» and find someone else. Mind you, this is Friday of Memorial Day weekend and had no recommendation who to even call.
In a panic, I called another mover who’s trucks I had seen in the area, and they went out of their way to help me out on a very busy weekend. (See my Apple Movers Review).
Save yourself a bunch of trouble. There are much better options out there; use them.
