We went to Davis-​Hawn to buy doors for a remodel project. I was told the time for delivery would be 2 –3 weeks. Well over one month later, we have no doors, no one is answering my calls, and we have repeatedly been promised the doors within a few days. We’re in our new office but have to walk down the street to use the restroom at the local sports bar! Don’t use them. You’ll regret it. If I could give them 0 stars, I’d do it.

Terrible customer service! I went to this company because my architect spec’d a window they carry. I went in September and it is now Oct 19th and the manufacture still does not have my window order. Dealing with Davis-​Hawn has put my remodel behind by weeks. If they tell you to work with Keith, their windows and door guy run to another company.
