If I could give no stars, I would. We hired Deep Reflections to replace our water-​damaged floors. The crew did the demo work, but has refused to come back to complete the work; deliver our materials; return voice mails, text messages, or emails. This is after we paid more than $ 16,000 in deposit. After more than 8 months on a subfloor, we finally had to hire another contractor to complete the work and sue Deep Reflections for the return of the money they stole from us. Do not use this company.

Had Joe come in to give me an estimate in sandung and refinishing tye stairs in my condo and also have them clean buff and polish my living room and kitchen. Decided to go with them beacause Joe was not pushy and gave me a reasonable price. Got the floors done and could not be happier. They did a great job matching the stairs finish with my living room and kitchen. Took a star off because his crew was late when they started the job the first day but other than that they were great. I would recommend these guys. Oh by the way, his crew does speak english. Not sure what the previous review was about.

Deep Reflections recently replaced the carpet in 2 rooms with hand scraped red oak to match exhisting flooring. I am extremely happy with results. I was treated very professionally & aware of what & when work was to be done. Work crew very efficient & always cleaned up. The price was competitive with other bids. The job was all inclusive from furniture moving, carpet removal, etc., they even put felt pads on the bottom of furniture before putting back on new floors. Othe bids weren’t very professional or nickel & dimed you on everything. They even referred me to a great painter for baseboard touch up, who I used for additional projects. I would recommend them & definitely use them again. I give them 5 stars.
