Keti (pronounced «kay ti») was recommended by my realtor to help sell my condo. Keti was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in working with me. I actually worked with her to develop the design plan and it was fun. She staged my condo and said it would sell very quickly. It went under contract the 3^rd day it went on the market.
I have to contribute my realtor Alex, Keti and her list of contractor contacts for helping me get top dollar asking price for my home.

Used Designs By Keti to stage my condo. Because it had been on markets a couple of months (fairly priced and with 40 showings), wanted to stage to better my chances of selling. I could not budget to fully stage so I partially staged and did just the living room. Keti was responsive to emails and was able to stage my small living area for $ 600 for 3 months in a short amount of time and it looked really good. They use Square so easy to process payments. I do not live in area so it was nice to send me a picture of how it turned out after they been there.
Their website says «that say 99% of homes have offers/​sell within 9 days» — this was not the case with me. 99% sounds like everyone they ever worked with has had success within 9 days, but me. They should put disclaimer on the site.
We had 40 showings after we staged (about 3 months) and then got 2 offers –overall, it looked great just not sure if it really helped me and my condo as partial.
