DFW Window Tinting

We hired James to do our windows based on the reviews we saw on Unilocal.He is a very nice guy, just like other people have also said. His work was flawless, my wife and I are both pleased with the workmanship. Overall, we give him a 10 out of 10.

I am writing this review as James is finishing up and on the floor with a cloth wiping my floor around the area that he worked on to make sure he leave it spotless.
This is as easy as it get if you want to get your house window tint. James picked up the call, the came by and did the sales and him and his partner does the work a week later. You can’t get a faster service than that.
I had forgot to tell him about the upstair window so he didn’t put it into his estimate. So I called him about it and he said he was just going to do them for me at no charge. What a guy!
His appointment was at 9:30 with me, he showed up promptly right at 9:28. Even called me the day before to remind me of the appointment.
I saved about $ 9k for the whole back side of the house compare to getting curtains for 4 windows in the living room.

During 2014, a car wrecked into the front of our building taking out ½ of our windows. Dealing with insurance, when it was time to replace the window tinting — they sent out a company who did not listen. We even provided them the information from DFW Window Tinting to ensure we were provided the same tinting — this did not happen. They installed a basic tint that did not provide any heat resistance at all. After going round and round with the insurance company for a year, we decided to fix it ourselves the right way by calling James at DFW Window Tinting. James was very empathetic to our situation and within a week of calling him, he completed the bid and installation. James’ customer service is beyond any expectations we had even though we had worked with him previously in 2013. No hassle, quick response and always very easy to work with. Thank you James — the owners of the Tan Bar in Dallas!

I am truly surprised at the level of customer service we received from James from scheduling the initial appointment to completing the job. Scheduling the appointment was relatively easy. I reached out to James and was able to schedule an appointment within a week. For the consultation meeting, he not only arrived 10 min. early, but also walked us through all of the different options and recommendations. We were experiencing very heavy wind and rain on the day that he was supposed to come out to do the work. I was certain that he was going to call and re-​schedule, however I was amazed when James showed up right on time! He not only completed the job in a timely manner but throughout the entire process was very professional and courteous. The film looks great and we are very pleased with the overall experience.
In an era, where it is very difficult to find good customer service, there are people like James that gives you hope. James is probably the most professional and mild-​mannered individual that we have done business with.

James is awesome! My living room felt instantly cooler with his amazing tint job. He was extremely professional. I highly recommend him if you need any tinting done on your house!

We contacted 2 different window tinting companies, and DFW Window Tinting’s price was about 20% less (with similar specs between his SunTek film and the other brand). Since it’s a rather big job (entire house), we opted to go with James. He was courteous and honest with his film options. He showed up promptly on the installation date and finished the job quickly and cleanly. So far the film looks good and it helped reduce the glare and heat we got from the sun.

I called DFW tinting for a proposal/​consultation and the sales person was able to be there that same day. Once at our business, he gave us a myriad of options and did not try to upsell us. He was there to install the tinting on time on the day that we requested. Everything went perfectly and made a huge difference in the heat and sunlight that was driving us crazy! Definitly reccomend this place!

Contacted DFW Window Tinting and they came out right away to give a free quote on frosting the office windows. Was able to schedule the appointment very quickly and James did a great job! The windows look great. We were trying to match other doors and they look identical so it is perfect!
