I am not too sure if management has changed since the previous reviews or if maybe those employees are gone now but I have been to this store 5 – 6 times now and have never had an issue. I actually have thought on several occasions that I was impressed by the employees. They always make a point to greet me when I come in the store and are always nice at checkout. The store is always well organized and I can find items like organic soy milk for $ 1 opposed to the $ 3 – 4 I pay at other stores. There are of course some items that are over priced but that is the nature of a store like this, some things are deals and some things are not. They have an extensive cleaning supply section, as well as kitchen containers and supplies. I have bought picture frames and vases here and been happy with the quality of all of them. We did buy a peeler here that did not work well but again, not everything is the greatest deal. Parking is always easy and I have never felt unsafe or weary in the parking lot. It is an area that might be a little different later at night but in the afternoon it is always fine.

This is the sketchiest Dollar Tree I have ever encountered. The entire store was a disheveled mess(one aisle was even«closed down» because it was so messy — see photo), and the employees were terrifying. I overheard one employee tell the other that she hadn’t done anything all day and was walking around playing rap music from her phone. Maybe you should clean up the out of order aisle? Also, a drugged up looking transient chased my car and knocked on my window for money as I was driving through the parking lot. I will be driving to a different area of town next time I have a Dollar Tree need.

PICTURETHIS. You’re at a store to buy things and simply go home. but maybe that’s asking for too much? You’re waiting to check-out, PAM(the cashier) is conversing with a customer(we’ll call her the Dog-Lady). Perfectly normal, you should be friendly with your customers. until conversing turns into yapping about I think clothes for dogs or children? Or maybe children would need clothes? It was a long in-depth topic. At any rate. I wait, and wait. I don’t say a word. Oh look, PAM is done ringing, but is now ringing up my items(that were placed in a basket, separate from the Dog-Lady). I point out to PAM, what she’s doing. I get the stink eye. Perhaps multi-tasking being talking and being a cashier isn’t her strong suit. At which Dog-Lady smirks at me. Perhaps the topic of dogs and clothes was soo overwhelming she couldn’t focus. Dog-Lady leaves and PAM has her bull-dog face with eye-lashes on. Not a peep. I have my own canvas bag, which I means that I have to pack my own items(she’s done this before). I thank her for her help, she PAM replies thanks for being so rude. I’m thinking, wow customer service. So I say, Thanked her for talking so much. Sigh. all I wanted to get was some oven mittens and soap. But instead I got to listen dogs and clothes and have you be increditbly rude, See you next Tuesday.
