Excellent and timely service. I had two separate problems with my car, and both times they were able to look at my car and finish the job faster than I expected.
One of the problems I had was with my car overheating. They informed me that there could potentially be engine damage since my car was so hot. They were upfront and honest about how much it would cost to fix the problem, and informed me that I might still have engine damage. The fixed the problem in one day and luckily there was no engine damage. I trust and thank them for there honesty and quality work. I will go back if I ever have any car problems.

I’ve gone to Dunlap Swain 4 – 5 times now. They’re honest, friendly, and knowledgeable guys. I kind of hate going to auto repair shops since I’m pretty ignorant about most automotive issues/​parts/​etc. However, I am totally comfortable leaving my car with this shop. They don’t try to up-​sell me like so many other chain shops do. I loooove their drop off/​pick up service. They will drop you off and pick you up from work, which makes the whole experience so convenient and stress-​free.

These guys are totally solid, honest and do good work. I’ve been going here for years and it’s just an added bonus that for most of those years I could walk to my work downtown after dropping off my car.

You’re the only autoshop in downtown so I expect to pay a little more for the convenience of dropping my car off and getting a ride to work. But your prices are outrageous! $ 84 for a diagnostic test but that money doesn’t go towards the repair if I have you do the work. WT?! Plus, you didn’t even tell me what was wrong… you gave me three possible things that could be wrong. Since you charge $ 84 more than AutoZone for the same thing perhaps you could give me a little more information. I won’t be back.
