Ebby Halliday, Realtors- Campbell/Coit

If I could give them a negative I would. I used Pam Lewis and russel demick. Russel is a liar. He comes off as a flashing salesman but he is a snake oil type used ca r mentality. If you want to lose money on the sale of your home due to incompatance then try these two. They can help you lose 40 000 like they did on the sale of my home. What’s just as bad is that my sales team and the buyers were both with ebby. There is a collusion in the company and I guess that’s how ms ebby got rich taking money from hard working people.

They don’t know what they are doing and they are liars! They know there is something wrong with a house but they won’t tell you. They hide things from their customers. They make you pay for an inspection instead of telling you what’s wrong with the house. They are dishonest

I have made four requests to be removed from their mailing list after repeatedly receiving unsolicited mail from various Ebby Halliday realtors. The response has always been that they use two outside contractors to manage the mailing lists, and that the various realtors don’t manage any lists themselves. Despite the four requests to be removed, I continue to receive postal spam.
Because I do not have a business relationship with Ebby Halliday and continue to receive frequent unsolicited spam, I can only imagine how they treat the information of actual clients. As a result, I would and will not use an Ebby Halliday realtor to either sell my home nor would I purchase one represented by this firm.
It’s disappointing to imagine the number of trees cut down to send out post cards, letters, brochures, etc. to individuals that repeatedly ask to be left alone.

Pros: Exceptional service every step of the way, extremely knowledgeable loan team and realtors
Cons: None. It was a pleasure.
I expect flawless execution when it comes to business transactions that potentially involves hundreds of thousands of dollars of my money, or tied to my name.
I received just that with my realtor and the staff at Ebby Halliday in Richardson.
You ever deal with the government, more specifically the VA? If not, continue leading a charmed life. If so, you’ll understanding how important it is to pay attention to detail when requesting funds or services.
My Loan Officer — Eileen — was so proficient in obtaining all required information and documentation that the only request the VA or underwriter requested after receiving the file was a picture previously taken from an alternate perspective.
My realtor — Kristen — was able to locate homes and assist in negotiating an excellent price in what I would classify a buyer’s market in the Dallas area. She was available at all times to answer questions and to view homes even at admittedly ridiculously inconvenient times (unfortunately I contributed more than once to her seven day work week).
The lending is done in house, so even using a VA loan was faster than a previously obtained conventional loan through Bank of America.
I can’t recommend the Richardson Ebby Halliday team enough.
