Elmore Design

On February 2015, I hired Tracy Elmore (Elmore Design) for house remodeling. I made all payments as agreed on time, but on April 2015, he quit and claimed he wasn’t able to complete the work due to lack of funds. I’ve asked him to provide receipts for all the money he spent, but he didn’t. He promised to refund part of the payment as long as we agreed to terminate the original contract and not make any negative reviews. I agreed to this and tried multiple times to work out the issue by allowing him to pay in installments and extending the deadline to refund back the money. However, over five months have passed and we still haven’t received the refund. So, I’ve decided to file a lawsuit against him and the judge ruled in my favor. Now, it has been more than two months since the judgment, but he still hasn’t followed the court’s order and refunded the money. I do not recommend him or his workmanship. I’ll be happy to provide pictures of the poor quality of the work that he did to our house.
