After a problem I had with Extra Space Storage in Florida, I had the distract manager Cassandra, (Dallas) who was so helpful and she got rid of the bad taste in my mouth. She was so helpful on the phone and great to deal with. Very accommodating as well. When I finally met her in person she met all my storage needs and made me as comfortable as possible. The process after that was smooth. I can’t thank her and Extra Space Storge enough for their help!

The day before our move we discovered that there was no way all our things would fit in our new house so I called Extra Space Storage. They were very helpful in selecting the size unit & making my reservation for two days hence. Cassandra, the manager, called me next day to confirm the reservation & took most of my contract info by phone to save me time during moving day. When I arrived first thing next morning she had everything ready & registration was a breeze. Cassandra is very professional & personable. The facility is very clean & climate controlled. I highly recommend Extra Space & it’s manager Cassandra.
