I paid cash to test out the service before buying the groupon. I had a great experience with one maid and a two hour service(even though I paid for three hours) but I didn’t care the job was done well. So I bought the groupon for multiple cleans which would save me money in the long run. Well after buying the groupon i had trouble scheduling the second clean. no emailor phone call for a week so i had my husband open a dispute with groupon but groupon would not return my money unless the owner was refusing service and facilitated the first groupon clean. Anyways, I used my groupon and the same lady came back to clean and cleaned my house in an hour and half this time and there was still sticky residue on the counters, floors were not swept in corners… but I continued on to schedule my 2nd clean knowing what a hassel it is to open a dispute with groupon. Now I am currently sitting at my computer waiting for a maid service that is never going to even show up today. I never received a phone call. I finally got a hold of them just now and they said the maid cancelled. WHAT? I did not even get a call. But they told me they sent me an email at two am to cancel. Now two hours later I am realizing that I did all this laundry and pulled out all my cleaning supplies all morning and must take extra time to fold the laundry towels and sheets and remake the beds when I have already wasted my morning. I am told the maid is out sick and there is no replacement.

DONOTBUY!!! I bought three cleanings from Groupon. I had to email Amanda back and forth to get an appointment for the first cleaning. Finally got one for Dec 2012. The morning of the appointment, she calls me and tells me her cleaning lady has car trouble and has to push the appointment back by a few hours or till the next day. I had things planned and could not wait till the next day, so rearranged my schedule to accomodate them. The cleaners showed up but they kept saying«Oh we dont know why we’re here. Our boss just asked us to come here… what are we cleaning exactly?!?» Since I had two more cleanings left, I was trying to schedule a second cleaning with them for a month. After 4 emails and two voicemails, I finally gave up. I contacted Groupon and asked them to refund my money for the rest of the coupon and they were nice enough to give me back Groupon credit. I recently saw their cleaning services on Livingsocial… dont buy!

I bought this as a groupon 12÷4÷2012. You have to email them to schedule an appointment. I emailed and have never heard from them. Thank God I never talked to them. Sounds like I would have had a no show or threats…

Update: now Amanda is threatening to sue me in court. For what exactly? This woman is crazy and I am saving all of the documents and phone records. They are a horrible cleaning company and now the woman is harassing me. Is this someone you want to pay to clean your home? Not exactly good business practice. I would not do business with this company — ever. They do not show up in time, they do not respond to messages after they do not show up the first time, then they blame the customer. Use at your own risk!

I would give 0 stars if i could. I have the exact same issue as above. Bout a groupon for 5 cleaning services from this joke of a company. Why give out your cell phone, but then have your voicemail say that you need to send an email to set up an appointment? They sent me an email on Friday saying I was on the schedule for Monday at 9 am. No one showed up. No one replied to my confirmation email. No one responded to phone calls voicemail. Any reputable company would not go missing for days at a time especially not the day they are supposed to be there. Asking for refund with groupon and never scheduling them again.
