Faulkner’s Fine Dry Cleaning Laundry

Love this place! So accommodating !! They always have smile on their faces and the quality is good. Location is right by equinox so it’s convenient to pick up right after early morning workouts

Recently moved back to Park Cities after being away for a few years. Prices have skyrocketed! 3 pants and 2 shirts, $ 40? What kinda crap is that?
Way too expensive for dry cleaning!

This is the worst dry cleaners. They shrunk over a dozen shirts so that the formerly long sleeves don’t go beyond the middle of the forearm and two shirts ripped when I tried to put them on. When we brought this issue to their attention, they offered to re-​clean the useless shrunken shirts but offered no reimbursement for the ruined shirts.

I have used Faulkners several times for both my husband and I as well as referred freiends new to the area. That has come to an end very quickly as they shrunk a silk curtain panel of mine, tried to stretch it out and it did not return to original length. They now cleaned 2 silk pillow cases of mine and returned them to me with tears on all corners. Tom, the owner, needs a lesson in customer service because he told me that my pillow cases were old and rotten and offered to repair them but would not replace them. He continued to make the situation my fault and when I explained that this is the second time something has come back to me in a different state than given to hm for cleaining he became rude. I told him I was expecting him to not make the situation right and I would not do business with him again and he told me that was fine because he didn’t want my business.
As you can see by other reviews, Tom is not interested in making his customers happy and not interested in the impact it may have on his business. I will be taking my business to Bibbentucker as well as letting friends know there are better dry cleaners in the area where you don’t have to take this guys ego or abuse.

AWFUL! TERRIBLE! The cleaners ruined my dress by hemming it too short and sloppy, offered to give me my money back, but then the owner Tom CURSED me out on the phone when attempting to collect reimbursement. He specifically told me «if you have an effing tailor, then why the F would you bring this to me?» They also lied and refused to give me the extra fabric back even after several attempts. DO NOT go to this place unless you want to be verbally abused!
