What a refreshing addition to Renaissance Tower. They are always so friendly and I am a fan of their smoothies. I don’t think their smoothies are overpriced. They are cheaper or at least on par with Jamba Juice and Smoothie King. I do wish they had more options for protein, but all in all, I am very glad this place popped up!

Been here only once but I’m in love! I had the fruit cup & it was so fresh every piece was like heaven. I plan on going back for breakfast & lunch today & try their tacos. Finally found a nice place to buy my precut fruit.

Finally tried their breakfast tacos. very fresh and delicious. The only reason I’m giving it only four stars is because they advertise on their marquee board egg and potato which I have been wanting all week and they only had one left. I bought the last one and something else that I didn’t know what it was because of their dollar amount on purchases using debt card. I was surprised they were sold out of the item I wanted at 9:30 in the morning.

Renaissance Tower has not had a nearby fruit stand in a long time so this place was much needed. Of course, I normally stock up on produce at my favorite stores on the weekends but when I haven’t made a store run, Fiesta de Frutas comes in handy! It’s a small retail space in the lower level of Renaissance Tower. Fresh fruit is displayed everywhere begging you to «pick me, pick me!». You can buy whole fruit or opt for the pre-cut containers in their refrigerated display case. I’ve seen customers ask for special fruit cups and bowls which is a good thing if your least favorite fruit is in the container. I’ve had excellent apples, bananas, mango(sooooo good), pears, and citrus fruits. I’ve tried the smoothies which are good but they are a little pricey. However, they are paying downtown rent and you are getting quality fruit and veggies in your smoothie. For an additional fee, protein powder can be added to make your smoothie a filling meal. Oh they also have snacks such as mixed nuts, chocolate covered nuts, and dried fruit in small cups. Yes, I have indulged in those as well lol. Breakfast: they serve the best breakfast tacos in the building. I always get the Mexicana tacos with egg and pico. You can also get chorizo & egg or potato & egg. On my tacos, I add more pico on top with beans and salsa. I would run from the beans but they really make the taco better! Lunch: I have not tried it yet but the menu is pretty simple. Tacos, taco salads, quesadillas, burritos, & chicken tortilla soup(soup served only on Wednesdays). I will have to give an update when I do try lunch, I’ve been on a bring my lunch kick lately. Summary of prices: Breakfast tacos — $ 2 for 1 or $ 3 for 2(get 2) Fruit cups, bowls — $ 3.50, $ 5.00 Pieces of fruit — 75 cents and up Smoothies — $ 5.00& up Lunch — $ 8 — $ 9, check board for daily specials
