Fix Rim

We had an appointment with Tim at 10 am for Fix Rim’s Mobile Service to come to our home to fix rims on both of our cars. My husband took time off his job so we could have both cars done at the same time. When Tim didn’t show up at the scheduled time, my husband called Fix Rim to ask if Tim was on his way. The employee who answered the phone said Tim wasn’t coming anymore and asked if we wanted to reschedule. When my husband asked why he wasn’t coming anymore, they said they had an issue in the shop. I don’t understand why someone didn’t call us immediately when the issue arose and let us know that Tim could not keep his appointment. If my husband had not called, we could have been waiting for hours and now my husband has lost the time off he took for nothing! It’s ridiculous. Fix Rim is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I recommend that you stay away from them. If you need your rims fixed in the future, I recommend Herb’s in Frisco. They did a great job on fixing my rims.
