Finished our job to our satisfaction and even received a call from the owner, Mark Hernandez making sure we were happy with the work. My only recommendation is(to any business owner for that matter) is to always return calls from customers, especially if the customer is new and has paid a deposit, etc. One should never be too busy or out of touch to perform this simple good faith practice. But, all did end well and we are happy.

What an awful experience. They came out quick enough the first time to give the quote and collect the deposit. Mark, the owner, was very charming, congenial and accommodating. However, that was the end of our positive experience with this company. Mark never again retuned any calls or ever came back to our home. They didn’t start the work in 2 weeks as promised… in fact, we weren’t able to get them to even return calls until 4 weeks later after many attempts on our part. It was only once we left messages threatening to call the police and demanding our deposit back that they finally did anything. It was 6 – 8 weeks before the windows were finally in – the work was done on three different visits by all different teams because they never had the right glass. It was a ridiculous nightmare. In the end, we never did get the 7 window screens we paid for. Do not use this company. I wish someone had warned us.
