Great food and a v friendly staff. Love this place! Only suggestion would be to change the menu often and add some more variety.

Located in the center of the ground floor of the Plaza of America, this little kiosk cooks up some really fresh and healthy meal options for the surrounding offices! Over my last several visits have have truly become a fan of their healthy and filling options during the lunch rush. Their burritos are surprisingly large, and packed with all kinds of flavor combinations that keep you full through the afternoon slump. I think the biggest drawback from Freshii is their price point. You’re going to drop close to $ 12 on a burrito, and that is if you only get 2 oz of meat instead of 4. Give yourself some extra time if you come after noon as the line gets a little long, or you can order online and pick up in the amount of time it takes to walk there from the office! I had a somewhat disappointing last visit, but after speaking with Robert, he was quick to find a way to turn it around and use it as a learning opportunity for his team and remake my order. I was truly impressed with his genuine concern for the quality of food his team offered. I’ve slowly been making my way through their burrito menu and have to say the Baja and Tex Mex are truly the best! Grab yourself a local Deep Ellum Pop Star Popsicle while you’re here, you won’t be disappointed.

Had a mishap with my order, and they handled it quickly and with speed.

I just tried this place for the first time on Wednesday and I have been back every day since. I always saw this place in the Plaza of the Americas, but I am a bit of a picky eater and assumed that I wouldn’t be able to ask for certain items omitted off some dishes since it’s just a small little stand. I decided to give it a try and it was fantastic. This is definitely my new go to lunch spot and they have so many healthy options. I got the teriyaki twist with no broccoli with extra edamame instead and it was delicious. The next day I took my boyfriend — he got Buddah’s Satay and said it was good — just a little light on sauce. I know this is going to be a regular lunch spot for me and maybe go for juices for breakfast!

I’ve only been here twice, and the food is pretty good(and healthy as fast food goes…), but both times the managers have been jerks. They are so condescending to the employees(who look kind of young to me), and slightly snarky towards the customers. It’s an arrogant(and extremely unnecessary, imo) vibe I have gotten both times. I will likely take my business elsewhere.

Took them 30+ minutes to make a spicy Thai burrito. There were five people«working,» but none of them seemed to be doing anything and there was no urgency at all. The food was ok but the delay was inexcusable especially since most of us have to get back to work. Won’t be back.

The food very bland and haphazardly put together. I think it could have tasted good if a little care was put into it. Great idea, poor execution.

25 minutes for a cup of soup. Twenty. Five. Minutes. And once it was made, I watched it just sit on a counter for about 5 minutes – top open and waiting to be brought up. Oh, and it cost $ 10. One person in front of me waited appx. 30 minutes for a small smoothie. I’ve been here three or four times anticipating that they’ll «get the hang of it.» The food is decent, but the actual process is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen, and it is very expensive. One person in line said he waited 35 minutes for a burrito. The same type of dish you can get in literally 45 seconds at other establishments – made right in front of you the same way. I just wouldn’t recommend going here unless you order ahead. If you do, just make sure to block out your afternoon.

We walked in at 7:15 and not a soul was in there. Not even behind the counter. We waited and waited and finally went to the kitchen door and yelled«hello» and out casually strolls a lady with an look on her face like, «how dare you» did not say one word to us and stood at the register waiting for our order. The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars instead of zero is because through my fury I order frozen yogurt and ate it with my dad. It was delicious and I had great company, so I couldn’t stay mad for long.

One of the best food choices downtown. I recently decided to change my diet, and noticed that there were very few healthy options while downtown. Freshii is true to its name, with a variety of healthy options that taste great! It is a bit expensive, but it’s worth it! Give it a try and you won’t be upset!

Walked over from the Sheraton during snowpocolypse and was pleased to find this place. I suspect my Buddah Bowl with chicken wasn’t the healthiest thing i’ve ever eaten(tons of noodles, sodium, etc) but I sure liked it. I would definitely order again. Heck, I might order again today for lunch! Friendly people, quick service, good food. Whats to complain about?

I was excited about the prospect of this restaurant as an alternative to the fried everything in the Plaza. I’ve tried it twice now and I’m not quite convinced of its virtues. I’m just not feeling the vibe, quality or value. The staff seem strangely robotic, and the space is obviously not conducive to efficiency which makes me feel stressed on their behalf as soon as I walk up. And the price is simply absurd. Also the image that they are healthy is kinda«meh» when you look at their nutrition info online. First time it seemed like the entire staff was brand new that day and had no idea what they were doing except for the(apparent) manager who was trying to stay professional under the pressure of the lunch rush. I ordered a super biotic wrap. Didn’t take long to complete my order or for them to make it. It was actually pretty good and well constructed. I enjoyed the veggies, the chicken portion was generous and the dressing was flavorful. Second time was rather disappointing. Again with the same harried energy. This time the staff was completely different and the same manager seemed zoned out and kinda«all over the place». He was standing on a stool of some sort which made me feel dwarfed by a version of the Soup Nazi as I made my order. Waited longer this time(it was about 1:30pm) and when I got my wrap opened up back at my desk it was quite sloppy and falling apart. And a couple bites in I realized I had no dressing whatsoever. I had ordered the shrimp this time and I got literally 3 tiny shrimp. Added to this the mental wince at the price(the shrimp wrap as $ 11.34 which completely turned me off to the moments idea of trying out a smoothie with my order), it’s simply not worth the bother. Corner Bakery or the sushi place just down the hall are a way better value. I was hungry a couple hours later and disappointed with the inconsistent quality. I don’t plan to go again.

This is a really good option at the Plaza of the Americas. All other options around here are Chinese, fast food sandwiches or pizza. This is one of the only healthy options. I had the Teriyaki Twist with chicken and a bottle of water. Cost me $ 12.75. Pretty pricey but a sacrifice I’m willing to make to NOT eat McDonalds. If you want to eat healthy for less money… bring your lunch to work. Also, their cookies looked amazing but I didn’t try one.

This place is advertised as a healthy alternative in the midst of fast food chains within the Plaza of the Americas, which is why I gave it the benefit of the doubt. But my gut was right. Overpriced for mediocre food. I should have went to SmoothieKing. Yea, I’m sure it’s better for you compared to McDonalds or Blimpies, but I simply cannot justify 3X the price. Not to mention, you can get a healthy and delicious salad at the less trendy cafes, upstairs. Prices are advertised as a base price, such as salad, soup, ect. But then tack on $ 2.00 or more for a protein. I got the lemon grass soup with shrimp. Ran me about $ 10.50. Cost them about $ 3 to make. 1. Decent lemon grass broth, but nowhere near comparable to the deep flavor of phở. 2. Chopped up red cabbage and mushrooms 3. Thin, short rice noodles. 4. Small, obviously from frozen, shrimp. Something you can easily replicate at home. Again, this is a convenience location. It is a tiny kitchen in the middle of plaza, about the size of a food truck kitchen. No culinary revelations to come out of this place.

So in love with this place. I wish we had this in California. Dear Freshii. You ever think about expanding the franchise into NorCal or SoCal. You just let me know. Maybe I need a career change. Really love and support this business. I have had the Pangoa bowl with Tofu, which was awesome. Love how all the flavors blended. Bangkok burrito. love the peanut sauce. Spicy lemongrass soup… amazing flavor. slightly concerned with the amount of sodium so I didn’t drink a lot of the broth even though I really wanted to for the taste. I also tried the seasonal vegan chili. I really liked it. Got it half brown rice/half quinoa. Really good and filling. I liked the broccoli and avocado with it. Tasty and healthy. Love this place!

Delicious place! I had the Baja burrito with chicken… The quinoa was great! The place is clean! They also make fresh juice drinks. Very healthy alternative in the downtown Dallas area. It’s somewhat hard to find though, but once there you won’t be disappointed! They also offer online ordering.

Great selection of healthy choices that taste great! The Buddha bowl, teriyaki bowl, and lemongrass soup are a very welcome change to the normal lunch spots in this area. The food is fresh and prepared relatively quickly, and the combinations can all be customized to your liking.

So glad this place opened up downtown. Between this and Snap Kitchen I have easy access to healthy options for lunch! I was already familiar with this chain in Houston and was eager to try it again. The line gets busy from the surrounding business crowd during a weekday lunch, but they are relatively quick to get you your food. Everything is very customizable, and it’s Freshii’s goal to get you the perfect meal just how you like it. I got the spicy lemongrass soup with tofu, and they give you a healthy sized portion. I like my food spicy so I prepared by sitting next to a bottle of hot sauce so that I could turn up the heat. Surprisingly, I didn’t need it! It was the perfect amount of spicy(for me) and I never once used the bottle. The kind of spice is more of a cayenne type kick, but it certainly hit the spot. The soup comes with carrots, cilantro, rice noodles, and chunks of tomato. Everything was delicious, but I was surprised by how good the tofu was! I’m normally a meat eater, but this tofu was tender and flavorful-perfect addition. This soup is very good, I guess the only piece of advice is to slow down and try not to splatter yourself! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Opening day and what a welcome addition to the downtown eating scene! Got here early at 11:25 and within ten minutes there was long line of hungry customers eager to try out this new eatery. Located in the center of the atrium of the Plaza of the Americas building. This place plays cool music and has a fresh, upbeat vibe. They specialize in fresh, nutritious foods. This is a veritable vegan-lovers dream! They have an assortment of salads, wraps, bowls, soups, burritos, juices, smoothies and frozen yogurt. They also serve breakfast items like grilled breakfast burritos, grilled egg pockets, and slow cooked organic oatmeal! I ordered the«Baja» burrito which comes with quinoa, avocado, red onions, cilantro, green onions, cabbage, salsa & pico de gallo. All that for $ 6.99 and you can add chicken for additional $ 1.99. The burrito is grilled and served warm. Delicious and filling. Can’t wait to try their bowls & salads. Oh, and they also serve healthy-looking cookies!
